These are really good qualitative metrics. Do you have any other metrics that you look at that are more quantitive? I was always wondering if TVL was a good one

I really like TVL as a metric but I also look look at how much liquidity the token has. Helps prevent getting dumped on

Ah interesting. It would be nice for projects to also share earnings reports to understand the cash flow aka life blood of a protocol as well.

I think a good token should have a clear and compelling use case, strong market demand, adoption, robust technology, a strong team, fair tokenomics, and regulatory compliance.
