• Research: Paven Do studied PhD at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 2016. He has started extensive investigations in Blockchain consensus, architecture design and cryptonomics since 2017, publishing 2 Blockchain research articles on international conferences. Paven consulted and joined as a Blockchain researcher in many related projects in Hong Kong and Vietnam. He also investigated decentralized exchange & cross-chain swaption extensively.
• Development: In early 2021, Paven co-founded Spores Network as a CTO managing a tech team of 25 engineers to build a multi-chain NFT marketplace and gamefi hub, released production on Ethereum, BSC, Polygon, and testing on Solana, Fantom. At the beginning of 2022, he took the role – Head of Development, at FPT Blockchain Lab, FPT Corporation (a big-4 tech company in Vietnam) to build an enterprise blockchain platform (based on Quorum) for domestic banking & financial services in Vietnam. Paven also has experience in leading teams to build and customize several layer-1 frameworks: EOS, Tron, Avalanche.
