i just had to revisit this, i clearly made a mistake with the delegation fees stuff.

it the permission changing fees

but the normal delegation of tron resources( bandwidth or energy) it cost few bandwith and trx.

and you are safe to do the delegation from tron scan, and even from your wallet like tronLink wallet.

made possible to share resources to another. it could be

  1. delegate for a period of time or

  2. you undelegate manually.
