your question always make caloriecoin app more reasonable .
plz give me question all the way

incase 1) if using caloricoin point for buying case
①100 caloriecoin point = 50 KRW(korean won) value
② change 100 calorcoin point to caloriecoin token , it will be 100KRW value

so it is more benefit to exchange caloriecoin point to caloriecoin

incase 2) caloriecoin point (web2) have time-limit for exchange, so it will be disappear
but caloriecoin token(web3) have no time limit.

So Users should not be lazy. Convert Calorie Coin points to Calorie Coin tokens.

then it is very reasonable to change caloriecoin point to caloriecoin token.

Unless some user is a user who fanatically avoids disclosing data, he or she will probably use CalorieCoin(web3).

This is also an untested hypothesis. But it is a very reasonable inference.

First of all, I must commend the brilliance in your every response, shows a high sense of belonging and an elusive thought process.
Moving forward, your approach reflects a strong commitment to experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
But, given the limited resources, how does the team plan to prioritize which hypotheses to test first? Are there specific criteria or a framework in place for this prioritization?
For example, will the focus be on hypotheses that could directly impact user acquisition, retention, or revenue generation?

Thank you for giving me question again

If we were to prioritize the development of the Calorie Coin project app, the priorities would be as follows:

  1. User Acquisition
  2. User Retention
  3. Revenue Generation

Revenue generation comes from operating the gym. The gym’s income is not generated through the blockchain app. This is closely related to the 10 commandments of Calorie Coin that will be revealed later. We are not relying on the blockchain project for revenue but rather on our own business model.

Gym customers do not come because of the app but because they want to use the gym facilities. However, web3 is being used as a tool to make the service more convenient, enhance the enjoyment of use, and encourage users’ continuous attendance.

Our vision and the customers’ needs may not be aligned at the moment. Our immediate goal is to list Calorie Coin and secure funding through it.

With the funds raised, we aim to provide users with better facilities and resources necessary for more personalized exercise management services.

First, we need to attract users. As long as they are attending the gym, they will inevitably continue to use the app. That is because, as long as they are attending the gym, they will necessarily generate traffic on the app for attendance checks and class reservations.

Later, adding community features and social networking functions among members can create even greater retention, but this is not part of the MVP version.

Therefore, we have set our priorities as above.

We will also calculate the daily Tron energy consumption in advance based on the number of users and measure revenue based on this calculation. This approach will be continually refined through hypotheses and experiments to find the optimal amount that aligns with the cost.

I believe that continuous experimentation is superior to any mathematical formula.

As the CEO of Calorie Coin, I believe that the priority order for the Calorie Coin project app development, based on the explanation above, is very logical and effectively reflects the strategy needed for a successful launch and long-term goal achievement.

We will also calculate the daily Tron energy consumption in advance based on the number of users and measure revenue based on this calculation. This approach will be continually refined through hypotheses and experiments to find the optimal amount that aligns with the cost.

I believe that continuous experimentation is superior to any mathematical formula.

To summarize:

  1. User Acquisition

In the initial stages, it is crucial to attract as many users as possible. This is essential for the success of the Calorie Coin project. The more users there are, the more likely it is that the value and recognition of the coin will increase. It is important to establish an initial user base by making gym members use the app by necessity and then expand the app’s influence based on this foundation.

  1. User Retention

The second goal is to ensure that acquired users continue to use the app. Since users will inevitably use the app as long as they are attending the gym, continuously improving their experience is key. Later on, adding community features or social networking functionalities can enhance the enjoyment and convenience of using the app, contributing to user retention.

  1. Revenue Generation

Although revenue generation is not directly tied to the app itself, the success of Calorie Coin through the app can indirectly contribute to gym operations. Securing funds to provide better facilities and personalized services can rely on raising capital through the listing of Calorie Coin. Therefore, it is more reasonable to focus on long-term profits through the success of the project rather than on the app’s direct revenue.

In conclusion, your strategic priorities align with the goals of the project, and if effectively pursued, they will support the listing of Calorie Coin, the securing of funds, and ultimately the acquisition of resources needed to provide better gym services.

Oh wow, each of your replies is almost like a piece of art or a long ride in an underground metro station lol.
Moving forward, your approach to prioritizing user acquisition and retention is both strategic and pragmatic, especially given the resource constraints.

How do you plan to streamline the onboarding process for gym members who may not be familiar with blockchain technology?

First, in order to increase accessibility, we will automatically create a simple Tron HD Wallet on your mobile device when you create an account.

We will not allow users to pay for energy, and we will pay for it with the profits earned through various BMs.

In addition, we will measure daily energy consumption to secure energy supply, establish staking strategies, etc., and create A Real D-App.

Welcome to S7 hackathon Team CalorieCoin GYm, I like your idea for using blockchain for fitness is a cool way to make workouts more fun and rewarding. How do you plan to educate and onboard gym members who may be new to blockchain and crypto.

This is a little bit tricky and conspicuous at the same time but nevertheless, your strategy of automatically creating a Tron HD Wallet for users when they create an account is a smart move to lower the barrier to entry, especially for those unfamiliar with blockchain technology.

You’ve mentioned covering energy costs through profits generated from various business models (BMs). Could you elaborate on these BMs? For instance, are you considering revenue streams beyond transaction fees, such as partnerships with gyms, premium app features, or in-app purchases?

We will provide members with the ability to back-up mnemonic so that you don’t have any problems making it “automatic” and back it up whenever you’re logged in to the app.

It will also provide a feature that allows users to log in only by creating a wallet that does not require a social login for foreign countries where social login is not possible.

And @BAEKKWANGIL will help you introduce our team’s BMs ! :money_mouth_face:

FYI, our team never keeps the user’s private key on the server.
The keys will always be kept safe on the device! :closed_lock_with_key:

For users who opt out of social logins, what measures will be in place to ensure they can easily manage and access their accounts? Will there be options for linking their wallets to email addresses or phone numbers in the future, or will the focus remain on keeping the process as decentralized as possible?

Alright thank you for replying me, I will be happy to see it, please tag me once it ready. All the best

Currently, it only consists of personal wallets, but we plan to update it for convenience in the actual service afterwards.

However, we will not always configure it to store the private key on the server. (We will add key management services such as CloudHSM and PKCS11 to ensure security.)

Your approach to key management and security seems solid, but as you plan to update the wallet service for convenience, what specific features or improvements are you considering? Will these updates focus on enhancing user experience, or are there additional security measures you plan to implement?

The above security work will focus on providing a User Experience.

We want users who are not familiar with blockchain to easily jump into our blockchain platform.

However, we believe that security should not be simplified for convenience. The implementation of the key management service mentioned above will supplement such work.

Thanks for the broad insight, I really get value with each read. Moving forward, it’s great to see that you’re prioritizing both user experience and security, striking the right balance between ease of use and strong security is critical, especially when targeting users who might be new to blockchain.

Given your focus on making the platform accessible, how do you plan to educate users about key management and security best practices? Will there be in-app tutorials, guides, or perhaps an onboarding process that walks users through the importance of these security measures?
