What is the minimum and maximum amount of $CFT I can stake in each contract (TRX and USDT).
Are there any penalties for withdrawing staked tokens before the end of the staking period.
What are the current APY or interest rates for staking $CFT in TRX and USDT contracts, and are these rates fixed or variable.

minimum is 1 please
No penalty and this does not have staking period. You are free to get in anytime and leave anytime.
Currently APR for trx is 123% and APR for usdt is 268%
No these are not fixed, they reduce as and when more CFT are staked.

After going through I now understand that Users can stake CFT tokens for TRX rewards or use them to interact with other functions of the ecosystem.
CFT can be traded on the in-house marketplace. Workers can buy CFT at 1 TRX up to a certain limit.

Those of you have go want to try the claim feature. Got this for you 
With the new claim feature, you are only allowed to claim once every 24 hours. Claims are enabled randomly and you need stay alert. You can use the tronscan or JM Explorer to check the time between the old claims by users.
After knowing this, get your telegram username ready and be ready to enter the amount of trx that will be ready to claim.
When Claim finally shows up, enter your TG username and the amount of trx you want to claim (8-12). Hit the claim button and confirm the transaction. If you happen to claim first, hurray you get your trx in wallet. If you delay and someone claimed it, sorry your claim will fail.
