Hi @ines_valerie. In theory, yes. Although we will need to analyze the risk of integrating with the mentioned protocols.
2-3days for the bank transfer to clear like you stated above is one of the inefficiencies I dislike the most about traditional finance, but whatâs the worst that could happen?
How about in the event of a worst-case scenario like for example 40-50% of USYT holders redeem at once, how would you manage liquidity without disrupting operations? Just concerned
Bank transfers are mostly a practical issue at this point. None the less, in an unlikely event we see a large redemption volume, weâll still be able to conduct timely redemptions by absorbing the redemption shock. Of course, this is a highly unlikely scenario, but should it occur, we will prioritize our holders.
Good to know, if am not mistaken it seems you added no hints about when you are launching on Tron
The launch is planned for late April or early May 2025.
Thanks for your response, looking forward to it ![]()
What kind of risk are you talking about here when youâre saying that, I am just curious
As stated above, you clearly mentioned being able to absorb redemption shocks, how? Does this imply like a reserve liquidity fund somehow?
Sending a dm to explore potential synergy ![]()
Hi @ines_valerie, weâll have to look into compliance risk of integrating USYT in an environment thatâs not within our control.
Hi @manfred_jr, in extraordinary events (i.e. a sudden 50% redemption) weâre able to create ad hoc liquidity from partners to fulfill the redemption.
Ok no problem I clearly understand youâre message
For clarity, who are these liquidity partners that you speak of?
These are our financing partners.
I sincerely do not get it, I think youâre missing out on some parts.
These are financiers who provide working capital. In case liquidation of the underlying asset takes time, we take funds from our partners to meet redemption. I hope this helps.
Are these financiers bound by contract to provide capital?
Hi, could you explain this part? What exactly does âalready in commitmentâ mean? Does it mean that a portion of the 600,000 will go to venture capital firms, or is it the other way around? If itâs the latter, does that mean the request for this amount depends on raising funds from somewhere else first?
Hi Diego. This means that some investors have already committed a portion of the total amount to us. We are currently raising funds so a potential funding from TRON and others is not connected with who comes first or not.
