I begin my every day with prayer and word of affirmation and it has really help me

I begin my day with Chinese green tea, it gets my cells rejuvenated for the rest of the day. It didn’t come recommended but imo, it boosts my mood by 50%

Start my day with a coffee and a shower. Not very zen but it gets me buzzed for the day ahead :joy:
