Last, I suggested to the @admin.hackathon to add a requirement to trust level 1.
An account should be a week or more old to qualify to get the basic badge which will allow him or her to vote. A day old account can perform some tasks and get the badge to vote, such account what at all can he or she read or go through all these projects to make a decision. Please consider my suggestion.

Good idea!
In my opinion, the tasks that need to be done before starting to vote should be increased. It can be useful to protect us from bot accounts.

A mi parecer, para conseguir la insignia básica el usuario debería pasar un tiempo estipulado, viendo como funciona el foro, respondiendo algunas preguntas, de esta manera se podría comprobar si ha interactuado correctamente en el foro, sabe de que trata, y está capacitado para votar.

@JamWiener @antonio exactly, last year those who benefited were against this. You don’t have time but can create account and vote. Are we looking for projects with high number of community or friends?
