Project Overview

Project Goal: Tron Services makes the TRON network cheaper and easier to use by removing the wasted TRX that users burn on transaction fees. Anyone can rent energy or bandwidth on demand and have it delegated automatically, saving up to 70% versus burning TRX on USDT transfers. The platform bundles four tools in one non-custodial, no-account product: (1) instant energy and bandwidth rental, (2) a TRX/USDT swap and bulk USDT sender, (3) a peer-to-peer energy marketplace where stakers earn yield by filling orders, and (4) a reseller API so other apps can offer low-cost energy to their own users. Everything runs and is verified on-chain — users sign in with their wallet, pay from their wallet, and never hand over funds.

Unique Value Proposition: TRON is the leading network for USDT and stablecoin transfers, and energy is the single biggest friction point for those users. Tron Services attacks that friction directly: it lowers the real cost of every USDT transfer, which reinforces TRON’s core payments use case and keeps activity on-chain. It also deepens Stake 2.0 adoption — the P2P marketplace turns idle staked TRX into a productive, yield-generating resource, creating a two-sided market that rewards stakers and lowers costs for buyers, improving capital efficiency across the network. Being fully non-custodial, with no account and no hash-pasting, it removes the trust and onboarding barriers that keep newcomers out of DeFi. The reseller API acts as an ecosystem multiplier, letting wallets, bots, and dApps embed cheap energy for their users. The outcome is concrete, real-world utility — measurable savings and smoother payments — that makes TRON more accessible and more competitive.

Project Demo: https://tron-services.xyz/ — live and functional.

Expected Completion Date: Q2 - 2026

Current Progress (%): 65% Tron Services — live and fully operational on TRON. Energy and bandwidth rental, automated delegation, TRX/USDT swap, bulk USDT transfers, the peer-to-peer energy marketplace, and the reseller API are all in production.

Development is now focused on three roadmap milestones:

  1. NFT gaming layer — the first on-chain NFT game, powered by TRX and network energy, is scheduled to go live in Q4 2026.
  2. Cross-chain expansion — integrating additional blockchains alongside other ecosystem projects to extend the platform beyond TRON and enable true multichain access.
  3. Revenue-backed reward token — a native token is in planning whose value is underpinned by a dedicated TRX treasury funded directly from platform revenue. Designed to be non-inflationary, it derives intrinsic value from real sales rather than from token emission, and is distributed as a performance-based reward to our energy providers — aligning supply-side incentives while building an asset backed by tangible, on-chain TRX reserves.

Technical & Governance Details

Project Test Instructions: No account or sign-up is required — testing is done directly from a TRON wallet.

  1. Install TronLink (browser extension or mobile app) and fund it with a small amount of TRX.
  2. Open https://tron-services.xyz/ and use the on-page savings calculator to preview pricing — no wallet needed for this step.
  3. Go to (Buy) and connect TronLink by signing the login message (no password, no registration).
  4. Select Energy, choose an amount (e.g., the “1 USDT transfer” preset ≈ 65,000 energy) and a short duration (5 min) to keep the test cheap. Set the delegation target to your own wallet.
  5. Pay the exact quoted amount in TRX (or USDT) from your wallet. Payment is detected automatically on-chain — no transaction hash needs to be pasted.
  6. Confirm the energy is delegated to your wallet within ~15 seconds (verify in TronLink or on Tronscan).
  7. Optional: test the TRX/USDT Swap, the peer-to-peer energy marketplace, and the reseller API. For the API, generate a key in the dashboard, call POST /api/v1/orders with a target wallet and amount, pay the returned amount_due, and poll GET /api/v1/orders/{id} for the delegation status and tx hash.

Technical Details: Architecture: a non-custodial web platform with a decoupled frontend/backend and a companion Telegram bot.

  • Frontend: Next.js + Tailwind CSS — responsive web app with live pricing and an in-page rental calculator.
  • Backend: FastAPI (Python), handling quoting, order lifecycle, on-chain payment detection, and delegation orchestration.
  • Data layer: PostgreSQL for persistent state, with Redis for caching and live data.
  • Infrastructure: Dockerized services behind an Nginx reverse proxy, fronted by Cloudflare for DNS, CDN, and DDoS protection.
  • Wallet & auth: TronLink integration with message-signing authentication — no passwords, no accounts, no custody of user funds.
  • Blockchain integration: TRON mainnet via the Stake 2.0 resource model. Energy and bandwidth are delivered through native on-chain delegation; payments are detected by watching for the exact expected amount (TRX or USDT) to a deposit address, removing manual hash submission. TRX/USDT swaps are priced and executed against on-chain Tron Services liquidity.
  • Reseller API: REST API authenticated via an X-API-Key header. Endpoints cover live quoting, available stock by duration, order creation, and status — clients pay the exact amount from their own wallet and resources are delegated to any target address. The API never moves or holds funds.
  • Security model: delegation rights are strictly separated from fund custody. Providers grant only a scoped active permission (Delegate/Undelegate resource, threshold 1) named after the platform domain; the system can delegate on their behalf but can never access their funds.

How is the Project Governed?: Currently centralized. The platform is built, operated, and maintained by its founding team, which manages the infrastructure, pricing, and provider network. Importantly, centralization applies to operations only, not to assets: the trust model is non-custodial by design — users authenticate by wallet signature, pay directly from their own wallets, and the system never holds user funds. A progressive move toward hybrid, community-aligned governance is planned alongside the future reward-token stage.

Funding & Business Model

Funding Request: Funding is requested to accelerate the next three roadmap stages (NFT gaming layer, multichain expansion, and the revenue-backed reward token) while hardening the core platform. Suggested allocation (adjustable):

  • 20% — Smart contract development & third-party security audits
TRC-20 reward token and NFT game contracts, plus independent audits before any mainnet deployment.
  • 20% — NFT gaming layer (Q4 milestone)
Game logic, on-chain asset contracts, art, and integration with TRX + network energy.
  • 20% — Cross-chain / multichain integration
Engineering to extend the platform beyond TRON and connect additional ecosystems for true multichain access.
  • 15% — Infrastructure, reliability & security
Scaling backend services, caching, monitoring, redundancy, and DDoS hardening to support higher on-chain volume.
  • 15% — Resource pool & liquidity bootstrapping
Seeding staked TRX for the energy/bandwidth supply pool and depth for the swap and P2P marketplace.
  • 10% — Ecosystem growth, BD & marketing
Reseller/API partner onboarding, community growth, and ecosystem integrations.

Total requested: 500,000 $USDT

Revenue Model: The platform is revenue-generating today and monetizes through multiple on-chain streams, all earned from real usage rather than token emission:

  • Margin on energy and bandwidth rental — the core stream; resources are sourced via Stake 2.0 and delivered at a competitive spread over cost.
  • Spread/fees on TRX/USDT swaps and bulk USDT transfers.
  • Platform take-rate on the peer-to-peer energy marketplace — a fee on each filled order, scaling with marketplace volume.
  • Reseller API revenue — usage-based markup for wallets, bots, and dApps embedding energy for their own users.
  • Future: NFT gaming revenue — primary mint sales, secondary-market fees, and sustainable in-game sinks (energy as the stamina gate, off-chain gold as a pure sink).

Sustainability: operating costs are lean (non-custodial, no fund handling, containerized infrastructure), and revenue scales directly with on-chain transaction volume. The two-sided marketplace is self-reinforcing — more providers improve pricing and availability, attracting more buyers. A defined share of platform revenue is allocated to a TRX treasury that backs the planned reward token, recycling real revenue into long-term, asset-backed value for the ecosystem.

Interested in TRON Having a Stake?: Yes. We see strong strategic alignment in TRON DAO holding a stake in the project. The platform directly strengthens TRON’s core value proposition — it lowers the real cost of USDT transfers, deepens Stake 2.0 adoption, and keeps activity on-chain. A stake (e.g., a token allocation in the planned reward token, or a strategic position) would align both parties around shared growth: TRON benefits as platform usage drives network activity, and the project benefits from TRON DAO’s backing, visibility, and ecosystem integration. We view this as a long-term partnership rather than a one-time grant.

Preferred Collaboration Method: We’re seeking a long-term, milestone-based partnership rather than a one-off transaction. Specifically, we’d value:

  • Grant/funding support tied to clear, verifiable roadmap milestones, with regular progress reporting.
  • Technical collaboration and access to TRON developer resources, including support on Stake 2.0, infrastructure, and best practices.
  • Ecosystem visibility and co-marketing — featuring the platform across official TRON ecosystem channels and joint announcements.
  • Business-development introductions to other ecosystem projects, particularly for reseller/API integrations and cross-chain partnerships.
  • Listing in official TRON ecosystem directories and aggregators to reach builders and users.
  • A path toward deeper alignment over time, including community-aligned governance as the reward-token stage matures.

Ecosystem Impact

Partnerships: Partnerships & Collaboration

The project is at an early stage, and its collaborator base is intentionally small but real. Current foundations:

  • Provider network — a live, on-chain, publicly auditable network of independent TRON stakers supplying energy and bandwidth via Stake 2.0. Verifiable on our transparency page: Tron Services | Energy, Bandwidth & Swap on TRON
  • Open reseller API — available for wallets, bots, and dApps to integrate low-cost energy for their own users (authenticated via X-API-Key).

We are actively open to collaboration, and forming strategic partnerships is a priority for this stage, including:

  • Reseller / API integrations with wallets, bots, and dApps in the TRON ecosystem.
  • Cross-chain integrations with other ecosystem projects to enable multichain access.
  • Liquidity, infrastructure, and ecosystem growth partners.

As the platform matures, our goal is to establish partnerships with established projects and reputable players across the TRON ecosystem and beyond — expanding from this early base into a broader collaboration network. We welcome introductions from TRON DAO and its partners.

Time on TRON: Launched on TRON in May 2026 — the web platform and the Telegram bot went live together. The full non-custodial product (energy and bandwidth rental, automatedd delegation, TRX/USDT swap, bulk USDT transfers, the P2P energy marketplace, and the reseller API) has been live and operational on TRON mainnet since launch, with continuous development since.

Project Milestones

Project Milestones: Phase 1 — TetraCore Platform (Completed, Q2 2026)
Launched on TRON: energy & bandwidth rental with automated Stake delegation, TRX/USDT swap, bulk USDT transfers, the P2P energy marketplace, and the reseller API — all live, non-custodial, and operating on mainnet.

Phase 2 — Scale & Secure (Q3 2026)
Infrastructure hardening and reliability/redundancy improvements; growth of the provider network and reseller/API partner onboarding; expanded on-chain transparency and auditing; begin smart-contract development for the upcoming NFT and reward-token stages, with independent security audits scheduled before any mainnet deployment.

Phase 3 — NFT Gaming Layer (Q4 2026)
Launch of the first on-chain NFT game, powered by TRX and network energy, with audited NFT asset contracts and sustainable in-game economics (energy as the stamina gate, off-chain sinks to control inflation).

Phase 4 — Revenue-Backed Reward Token (Q1 2027)
Deployment of an audited TRC-20 token whose value is underpinned by a dedicated TRX treasury funded directly from platform revenue. Non-inflationary by design, it is distributed as a performance-based reward to energy providers, aligning supply-side incentives with real, on-chain TRX reserves.

Phase 5 — Multichain Expansion (Q2–Q3 2027)
Integration of additional blockchains alongside other ecosystem projects to deliver true cross-chain access, extending the non-custodial resource and DeFi model beyond TRON while keeping TRON as the anchor network.

Ongoing
Continuous iteration: additional games, further chain integrations, deeper ecosystem partnerships, and a progressive move toward hybrid, community-aligned governance.

Project in 5 Years:Our long-term vision is to evolve from a TRON-native resource service into a leading multichain infrastructure and DeFi-utility platform — with TRON as its anchor and home network.

Within five years we aim to:

  • Become a primary energy/resource and cost-reduction layer on TRON, operating a large, reliable, non-custodial provider network and deepening Stake 2.0 adoption across the ecosystem.
  • Extend the same non-custodial, real-utility model across multiple blockchains, positioning the platform as a cross-chain access and resource layer that lets users and builders operate seamlessly between networks.
  • Grow a self-sustaining economic ecosystem around the revenue-backed reward token — a real-yield, asset-backed model that recycles genuine platform revenue into long-term value for providers and the community.
  • Develop the NFT gaming vertical into a sustainable GameFi ecosystem built on sound, non-inflationary tokenomics, avoiding the boom-and-bust patterns that have damaged earlier play-to-earn projects.
  • Progressively decentralize toward hybrid, community-aligned governance as the ecosystem and token mature.

The throughline is real-world value on-chain: tangible utility, real revenue, and measurable savings that make blockchain genuinely useful — strengthening TRON’s position while bridging real economic activity to Web3.

By the way, I wrote a detailed post about the platform if you’d like to read it. We invite you to use the platform; any comments, suggestions, or collaborations are welcome. Thank you all very much.
