Currently the TVL limit is set al 1,000,000 USDD. The USDD-TRX LP that provides the biggest share of the rewards has got about 15M in it, so one more million should not have a significant impact. We’ll change our limits and strategy as we go, taking into account also outside conditions.

Warp pill #7: What does the compound button do?
The compound button on the main page of the UI triggers the internal rewards compounding function and updates all internal state variables.
Rewards compounding means that all rewards will be moved to the deposited balance and so will contribute to generate more rewards. This change is effective immediately.
Another effect is to update all internal states for the user account. This is important in case the users wants to change the Warp factor (i.e. adding or removing USTX in stake). There are two cases:
- The user wants to increment the warp factor (add USTX in stake);
- The user wants to reduce the warp factor (remove USTX from stake).
For case 1, the user needs to use the compounding function AFTER having increased the USTX in stake, to enable the new improved warp factor and enjoy the higher yield. For case 2, the user need to use the compounding function BEFORE removing USTX in stake, so that the rewards are calculated up to that point with the old (higher) warp factor.

One of the nice things about USTX is that the team has spent only a fraction of its funding. Unlike many other projects in which the team cash out almost immediately, they have not done so. It shows they believe in their own work, and anticipate a much higher price. They are hodling as well!

We actually cashed ZERO of the team tokens. All the development has been done with our resources plus the hackathon prize won for round 1. All our unused financial resources are used to generate more rewards for token buyback. Nothing has gone inside team members pockets!

I just checked again and you seem to be right. The 3-month locked vesting contract had its tokens moved to another wallet and that’s why I thought that you had spent them. But they were only moved to the team wallet and have not left it yet.
So, kudos to you for not cashing out! Hodling next to your users! Bravo!

Warp pill #8: Do I need to hold USTX to use WARP?
No. WARP works like a single staking APP for USDD. You just need USDD to be able to use it. Deposit USDD and enjoy weekly rewards.
If you are also a USTX holder and you have tokens staked, you will benefit from a higher yield on your USDD. The extra yield depends on the WARP factor, which goes from 0.0 to 5.0. Maximum WARP (5.0) gives a 50% boost in APR. The obtain WARP 5.0 you need at least 20 USTX in locked staking for every USDD you want to deposit.
Let’s make some examples using real data from last WARP epoch:
- Case 1: Jim has 0 USTX in staking and deposited 1,000 USDD, he got an APR of 24.3% (WARP 0.0)
- Case 2: Jane has 10,000 USTX in staking and deposited 1,000 USDD, she got an APR of 30.4% (WARP 2.5)
- Case 3: Shannon has 20,000 USTX in staking and deposited 1,000 USDD, she got an APR of 36.5% (WARP 5.0)

fun fact: maximum warp gives 36.5% which translates to that magic 0.1% per day. makes it easy to calculate how much you will earn per day - 1 usdd for every 1000 usdd invested. every day and paid weekly. doesnt get much better than that.

USDD headline was the 30% APR no frills APR. Right now WARP is the only way in DeFi to get that level of yield.
