Vietnam, Bali, Taihland are very welcoming, open minded, great food, nice people, good prices, nice weather.
Argentina: very welcoming people, nice “club” culture (you join any kind of club for Sports and hobbies and very easy to make friends). Great steakes.
Portugal is a European culture, great food, nice weather, nice people, and Crypto friendly.
Japan if you love tech and gadgets.
Ghana if you love cocoa and chocolate.
