Ⅰ. CalorieCoin Inspiration
The image above is a scene from Black Mirror Season 1, [“15 Million Merits”]. In this episode, people have lost their jobs to AI and must exercise to sustain their livelihood because they are rewarded with “CalorieCoin(Merits)” for exercising. It vividly portrays the concept of “Exercise to Earn.”
The CalorieCoin team envisions an Exercise To Earn Rewards system for the near future.
- CalorieCoin (Exercise To Earn Blockchain system) aims to provide continuous motivation to visit the gym for sustained exercise.
- CalorieCoin’s vision is to expand beyond a single gym to over 3000 gyms and integrate various E2E platform projects (e.g., Jump Rope, Treadmill, BodyScale, Mobile App).
- Our goal is to pioneer the E2E (Exercise to Earn) platform, integrating gyms with devices and services like B2B SaaS fitness apps, pedometers, IoT jump ropes, smart scales, hula hoops, and more.

Ⅱ- 02. 2022 Tron Grand Hackathon GameFi: 2nd Place (Jump to Earn)
We aim to create the world’s first blockchain gym. Two years ago, I made a long-term plan to establish a blockchain gym, which has finally come to fruition.
Ⅱ-03. 2024 Establishing World’s First Blockchain Gym (Gym to Earn)
Based on the prize funding from the 2022 Tron Grand Hackathon, CalorieCoin CEO established the first decentralized gym in 2024 in Geumcheon-gu, Seoul.
This Gym is the first blockchain web3 gym in the world .

Also, CEO BAEK made his gym by himself interior.
- The CEO built the gym himself, showcasing his passion and dedication to the CalorieCoin project.
- His dream is to create over 30,000 Blockchain CalorieCoin gyms worldwide and even on Mars. -He has been struggling to establish a business model in which blockchain is applied on top of a basic business model, not a business model that works only with blockchain.
