The gym usually earns more from people who pay for membership gyms and do not attend so I really love the honesty of your work!

We focus on supporting a healthy lifestyle by actively encouraging consistent participation among our members.
Consistent participation is a key factor that far outweighs short-term revenue from non-attending, paying members. Regular engagement strengthens the community within the gym, reducing the overall attrition rate. Through my experience managing a gym, I have clearly observed that members who don’t engage regularly often request refunds, and when socially influential or charismatic members leave, others tend to follow.
As you mentioned, there is indeed a model where gyms benefit from members who seldom attend, but this does not represent a significant portion of revenue. If a fitness center reaches full capacity and experiences excess demand, it signifies a successful business model; however, this scenario is rare for most fitness centers.
Our approach instead leverages an activity-based coin reward system to motivate members to engage in exercise, rather than simply maintaining a paid membership.
Especially in group exercises like CrossFit and yoga, which are not facility-dependent, members find greater value in mutual encouragement and shared growth.
On These excercises (Crossfit,Yoga,Group Swim,Group Spinning ), Social Community are more important than just facility-dependent fitness centor

What is your strategy to convince members to share their exercise data? I guess it depends on location but here in Europe, people seem very reluctant with giving away their data. Im not so sure about South Korea or US though.

Hello, thank you for showing interest in our project. We appreciate your concerns regarding data sharing, and our strategy is as follows.
For our location-based model, we plan to gather exercise data from gym members, while for non-location-based users, we are considering a walking app similar to STEPN. The reason we didn’t start with a walking app is due to the lack of an immediate revenue model and the limited funds to continually hire developers. In contrast, the gym model generates immediate revenue, which helps ensure the project’s sustainability.
Starting a business is a very practical game, and we urgently need a realistic revenue model to sustain our team and provide immediate income. While we are actively seeking investment, we cannot assume that investors will be overly generous. This makes it essential for us to build self-sufficiency and financial stability on our own. That’s why we prioritized our gym-based model first, allowing us to secure a steady revenue stream before expanding into app-based and online services.
Thank you again for your valuable question. To address these concerns in more detail, we are currently working on a video and a whitepaper specifically dedicated to explaining our data strategy. We hope this will provide further clarity and build trust.
