Overview
FrontLabs sees itself as a pioneer in exploring the possibilities of the TRON and BTFS ecosystems. We are committed to building impactful TRON-based projects that expand the reach and usability of decentralized technologies.
Since 2023, we’ve been actively developing on TRON and BTFS, with a focus on onboarding Web2 users and making decentralized storage more accessible. Our participation in multiple TRON DAO hackathons has resulted in highly engaged projects that genuinely improve the developer experience. These achievements have fueled our mission to go beyond experimentation and contribute meaningfully to the BTFS ecosystem with solutions that last.

Completion Timeline Date for 2025
Q2 2025
- RentHub-v2 Out for devs.
- Refine the RentHub SDK - to be used effectively by the “Giggle”.
- Put out “PegasusPay” to be available for “Giggle” platform
Q3 2025
- Finalize “Giggle”, Hoping to have all the video deployments on it from there on.
- The “Zap”, get a basic infra ready for first look.
- Organize a internal hackathon. (Still under discussion.)
Q4 2025
- A stable release for “Zap”.

This funding will enable us to explore possibilities with BTFS and TRON, accelerate feature development, and onboard a broader user base. Our proven track record and active user adoption demonstrate our ability to deliver and grow with the TRON ecosystem.
Business Model
- Freemium Model: Upcoming services (e.g., For Giggle) will launch free of cost to drive adoption.
- “Zap” is subject to no fees on usability, it just opens newer domain of using distributed systems. (Further discussed in the project’s detailed description.)
- Whereas PegasusPay, is going to e sustaing the cost of everyother project we pick up, as in “Payment-Gateway as a Service”
Preferred Collaboration Method with TRON DAO
We propose a hybrid collaboration model:
- Co-Marketing: Joint hackathons, webinars, and developer outreach to promote Frontlabs’s products.
- Ecosystem Integration: Collaborate with other TRON ecosystem projects for cross-promotion and technical integration (e.g., to Make PegasusPay the new standard).
- Community Feedback Loop: Active participation in TRON DAO forums, incorporating community feedback into our roadmap.
- Conduct X Spaces to market the project to wider Community (Will post out Community Ambassador opening soon).

- Season 06: CodeHive – 2nd Place Judges, 5th Place Community
