Impossible to game the system. Most who tried usually write topics like these saying they spent 3-4 hours and complain.
The best way is to go through several different topic categories. Read like a normal human being, respond like a normal human being and like posts and engage.
Take the time to also go through as many Hackathon posts too. This will help with voting.

you need to do read, like and comment on some posts and then you’ll sooner or later get leveled up

Maybe they don’t like if someone uses a VPN. I always use VPN (because of my country) and I can still not vote after I have visited the forum 7 DAYS straight.
