Combining Insurance with blockchain is a creative approach. I have one thing to ask: Are there any special reasons why you chose BTTC instead of TRON? Good luck with your project by the way.

We are implementing a dispute resolution system where SureCoin holders can vote on disputes raised within the platform. When a dispute arises, SureCoin holders have the power to stake a portion of their tokens to cast their vote. If a voter’s decision aligns with the final resolution, they will receive a reward proportional to the ratio of SureCoin staked in favor of that decision.

To prevent large holders from dominating governance, we plan to introduce a “votingPower” function. This function normalizes the voting power of the top SureCoin holders, adjusting their influence on votes within a range of 0 to 1. This approach ensures a more balanced voting environment where smaller holders can participate meaningfully, encouraging fair and decentralized decision-making.

Thank you for the suggestion! We agree that user education is key to empowering people in the insurance space. A dedicated YouTube channel would be a great resource for users. If we successfully onboard a significant user base, we may consider outsourcing this educational component to experts in the field.

Hi, We are continuously engaging with the TRON community here to gather valuable feedback on policy creation and claims management. In the future, we’ll expand to Discord and other social platforms, where our community can connect, share insights, and help shape JustInsure together.

Btw are you participating in the season 7? I saw your project in season 5!

Thank you for the Support from you and from everyone!

Yes, that’s correct! Last season, we weren’t able to complete the project before the voting stage, which taught us a lot. This time, we not only completed the project but also made significant changes, starting from scratch to build a much stronger foundation. We realized there were many aspects we could improve from last time, so we took those lessons to heart and made those changes. The progress has been a real journey, and we’re excited to bring forward what we’ve learned and improved. Thank you for the encouragement!:rocket:

We haven’t thought about it in depth yet, but we may consider attending offline events after the mainnet launch to support marketing efforts and gather feedback from the community.

I really like the approach of rewarding voters and balancing voting power—this will definitely help keep the platform fair and decentralized. Excited to see it in action!

Thank you for the support!

There isn’t a specific reason we chose BTTC initially, but we may consider deploying on both BTTC and TRON mainnets later to enhance interoperability. Combining insurance with blockchain is indeed an exciting approach, and we appreciate the encouragement!

Sorry if those questions have been asked before, but I wanted to know:

If you already have some contacts with Insurance companies potentially interested in using blockchain technology (your own platform in this case) to issue contracts

If you have integrated or have a system that will allow users to integrate oracles in order to settle the case if a real life event occurs (I think about the traditional exemple of a farmer that insure his crops in case there is not enough rain during the growth period. An oracle could determine if there was in that area more than “x” mm of rain per m2 and therefore automatize the release of the compensation or not)

How do you work on policies compliance? Do you work with lawyers or have some lawyers in the team? The framework might be different for each country/region so it seems to be a huge work

Good luck for the voting period and your web3 journey
