I think that for S3 the voting duration should be reduced a bit. In S1 the duration was too short, it did not give enough time for new users to get to TL1 and many users were understandably unhappy about it. Now in S2 we have 12 days, which I think it’s too long. we still have 7 days to vote and it will be extenuating to reach the end, both for users and teams.
For S3 I suggest a voting duration around 5-7 days, that should give plenty of time for new users to reach TL1 without stress and to get informed about projects.
