Last, I suggested to the @admin.hackathon to add a requirement to trust level 1.
An account should be a week or more old to qualify to get the basic badge which will allow him or her to vote. A day old account can perform some tasks and get the badge to vote, such account what at all can he or she read or go through all these projects to make a decision. Please consider my suggestion.
