Do note that the Academy Track has a way shorter coding period. For on-site student participants, they only have days instead of months to work on their projects. Hence, the projects submitted to this track may not be as complete as other tracks. Winners of this track may be given extra time to continue working on their project before getting their forum-allocated prizes.
To all academy participants, if you have not verified your student identity on-site with us, please make sure to send your proofs to admin.hackathon ASAP to ensure eligibility.
You may vote up to 3 projects for the Academy track. Results will be shown after you have voted.
Do note that the Ecosystem Track consists of projects that are Ethereum-based that have plans to move to TRON/BTTC. It is our way to embrace projects from other blockchains and help them to move to our blockchain. Please vote for the projects that you think have the most potential to grow in our ecosystem!
You may vote up to 3 projects for the Ecosystem track. Results will be shown after you have voted.

Community Contributors Prize
$5000 in USDD
The Community Contributors incentive is allocated to 10 forum community helpers that give good support, feedback, promotion, etc during the hackathon period (with a minimum of $500 each). The event is still ongoing until the end of the judging period (2022-12-13T00:00:00Z) so make sure to head over HackaTRON S3 community topics - $5K in prizes! and provide your valuable feedback, comment and ask thoughtful questions to as many S3 projects as you can, help out others if you have an answer to their question, flag spam and scam posts, and you will be one step closer in winning a community contributor prize!
Devpost Community Prize
$1000 in USDD
A public vote on the Devpost platform which is voted by the Devpost community. Popularity prize for 1 project.
Project Engagement Prize
$5000 in USDD
TRON DAO picks a project that has good project status updates and engagement with the community but has yet to receive any prizes.
@ThanXFinance and @sergeyaikhel If you do not see your project post on the community poll, it could be because your project was:
Flagged too often by the community members here
Did not pass Devpost eligibility/requirement rules that are evaluated by Devpost staff
Did not update enough during S3 period to be considered as an eligible project
Have not launched your project live yet for people that have joined S2/S1
Did not meet the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) requirement for the judges or community to test your project
Since Devpost did the initial down-selecting on their platform, you may need to check with them to see what’s going on. We can only list projects that were marked as eligible to vote on Devpost here on the forum for the community to vote. Thanks for your understanding!
Unfortunately, we only have 6 eligible GameFi projects this season although a number of them applied. S3 required an MVP that is working for the judges and the community to test out and a lot of GameFi projects did not meet the requirement during submission.
We received an email from Devpost regarding how our project improved and it was clarified with them. That’s why our submission is there: ThanX | Devpost
How did it evolve?
Customized TRC20 contract, deployed on TRON Mainnet
We haven’t received any negative feedback, additional requirements or at least specific emails from Devpost.
I asked Devpost support but it’s insane to communicate with teams this way
UPD. We received questions from the Tronbot only and answered them in our topic
@admin.hackathon I suggest to have the gallery page on Devpost showing only the eligible projects. It creates confusion to see some projects listed on devpost and not here.
@ThanXFinance The Devpost team evaluates the project in multiple tiers. The first is most likely regional rules for participants on their platform, then general rules like making sure everything is filled, then there will be additional technical requirements set by them to ensure the project is eligible to be judged. We suggest you reach out to them to find out the reason as the TRON DAO team can only list projects that passed the down-selecting criteria from them.
@sergeyaikhel Please also reach out to Devpost to ask for the reason for your project. It’s up to the project member to ensure all rules are met when joining the Hackathon.
