The idea of activating the experienced users as mentors is a very fantastic one and will play an important role in making the onboarding process for new users to be a smooth one. In achieving this, how do you plan to encourage these experienced users to participate as mentors for onboarding and guilding new users on the Tron network. Will there be any incentives for experienced users that will join as mentors?

Iā€™m happy you like the idea and I agree that it will play an important role in regards to the onboarding process.
I havenā€™t put much thought into wheter there should be any incentives for the experienced users to mentor newcomers. It might help, but in my time on Tron, I have met a lot of community members who are willing to help newcomers. But something to think about for sure.

You are right that there are experience users in the community who are ready to guide newcomers without any motive for gains but having a project that may likely generate revenue through active activities, these experienced users may start looking at what they will gain by mentoring these newcomers of they should do it through your project and when there is no incentive for that, it may kill the interest and the goal of your project not achieved. I am also glad you have got to think about it. I will keep following the update to know what you decide in it
