Thats great, after checking the information provided in the link, when the money is in the scammers non custodial wallet, there is nothing that can be done to recover it, (i stand to be corrected) but can only be recovered when it reflects on an exchange?

If someone uses a p2p approach to sell the tokens for cash, can it still be recovered??
