I don’t know neither have I heard of Quetex Exchange, but in scenarios where you’re experiencing delays in transactions after the supposed block approval time it takes to scale through, I think it’s best you email/contact support, if it’s taking a while keep emailing them back to back for response.

@151274530 Tron is a decentralised network, so there is no such thing as a refund, especially when you used a centralised exchange like Binance. However, you can take the issue up between the two exchanges that you used, providing proof through blockchain transactions shown on Tronscan.org

Then unfortunately it looks like a scam. The only advice I can give is to report to your local authorities. Tron is decentralised so the only help they can offer is by providing blockchain information freely available on Tronscan.org after that they can not intervene as Tron is decentralised.

Hi, we notice there are some unauthorized access to our Tron Wallets, and it is not limited to my address, I’m sure the private key is in secure place and there is no access to 3rd party utilities , but I noticed about 5000 USDT transfer from my wallet to another address, txid: ce75c1b73935002d18a986ff29b90a14ae6c88e8dbb23baa0296b0a0dfa3ca3b , hacker first deposit 100 trx and then transfer all usdt and trx to his/her account.
Same action for some other transaction I can find here:
