If you go to tronscan, there is a data section, where you can view historical information such as account growth, TRX holders, active accounts, TRX generated versus burned, and more. You can also read the Tron Dao reports on Medium as well announcements on Twitter to learn about new developments. Using this information you could try and extrapolate what you think will happen.
