  5. Explore available real estate properties, select a tokenized asset, and make a purchase.
  6. Track your investments and fractional ownership directly on the platform.

Protecting User Data from Fraudulent Activity

  1. Blockchain Technology: In XRealEstate, we will not store user data directly on the blockchain. Instead, we will generate a hash (using SHA-256 or SHA-512) of the relevant data, which will be stored on the blockchain. This approach minimizes transaction costs while ensuring data integrity and security.

  2. Data Security and Regulation Compliance: Our implementation prioritizes not only security but also compliance with regulations specific to each country we operate in. We are committed to ensuring that our platform meets local regulatory requirements while facilitating legitimate transactions.

  3. KYC and AML Compliance: We will implement Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes to verify user identities based on their respective countries. This will help us determine which transactions can be allowed and under what conditions.

  4. Minimizing Transaction Costs: We recognize the importance of keeping transaction fees as low as possible. By limiting the amount of data stored on the blockchain and using hashes instead, we aim to reduce costs associated with each transaction.

Thank you for your feedback! I completely understand your concerns regarding the current simplicity of the UI. I want to clarify that I have been working on this project solo and only found out about the hackathon a week ago. This is my first time developing on the TRON platform, and I am still learning the ropes.

While I acknowledge that the design may feel empty right now, I plan to gradually improve the UI as I become more familiar with the platform and gather more resources. Your input is valuable, and I appreciate your understanding as I work on enhancing the overall experience.
