1 - For Price regulation we have plans to implement AI based algorithms, which will define the max price of Avatar based on its rarity and previous history of renting and sell. This will take control over Avtar being Over priced and it is Sold out for its value.
2 - For now Our platform will be free to Create Avatar and List it for Sell. But we will be charging platform fee(2-5%) on Renting system ( Per avatar )
To my understanding and view the Avatar Lab is a project that is building a platform for users to create, customize, and own their own avatars.
The platform will be powered by blockchain technology, which will allow users to own their avatars as non-fungible tokens (NFTs). This will give users the ability to resell or rent their avatars,or to use them in other metaverse applications.
The project has a number of goals which including:
(1) Empowering digital self-expression: The project aims to empower users to express themselves authentically in the metaverse, bridging the gap between their physical and digital identities,and also by enabling users to create, customize, and own avatars, the platform fosters a sense of individuality and belonging in virtual communities.
(2) Nurturing a creative community:. Beyond just an e-commerce platform, the project aims to foster a thriving community of artists, designers, and enthusiasts. This community will contribute to the creation, evolution, and curation of a diverse range of avatars, and also enhancing the overall quality and appeal of the platform.

How will the AI algorithm determine the maximum price of an avatar?
Will it take into account factors such as the avatarâs rarity, the current market price, and the demand for the avatar?

Yes @Gordian. In future this key factors might also change, so we will try to keep our algo dynamic to Trends. Just like Instagram do.

If i may probe further, what metaverse site have the project tied up to and what other metaverse platform is the project looking to partner with to bring in the needed exposure.
Yes main reason is to promote the creators.
Second Reason is Renting Avatar will have more cost to us and managing things is little costly.
We will try to keep this as minimum as possible. Depending upon market and its need.
Currently we havenât partnered with any platform, since we are more focused on building the platform. But Yes, We have list of few partners with us and Since I have direct connection with the CTO and CEO of those platform it wont be much efforts to get them on boarded.
