We are supposed to DM the admins to get included in the Hackathon projects list but I don’t see that option anywhere, so I guess we n00bs have some features restricted.
Is that a right assertion?
If not, where is the button to send DM to the admins?

Yes you will need to reach level 1 before you can do that; however, it isn’t super clear what engagement metrics you need to achieve it, so he sure to post, comment, and like other topics and read a lot of posts.

I think being active on the forums, liking posts, replying to posts and creating posts raise your level. When your reach the Trusted level, stuff gets a lot more accessible.
