Truly amazing project. I loved the all details. Just for milestones part, I didn’t understand phase dates well. Right now which item of which phase are you in?
@evines glad you liked the idea.
btSQL ensures data consistency by leveraging BTFS’s inherent redundancy and integrity protocols, which replicate and verify data across nodes. This approach maintains synchronization and guards against data loss or corruption.
@RainTeam Thanks for checking out our project. Currently we are in the phase 2 of development. The Phase 1 involved building a POC to prove our concept and bring this idea actually to life.
Since the POC has already completed, we are now in the phase to improve the existing application to make it production ready and onboard actual users and developers to try out our platform. We are also in development mode for a few sdks/libraries to make the developer integration quicker.
Hope I was able to clarify your concerns
Exciting News for the Community member! ![]()
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of btSQL.js, our brand-new SDK library, now available on npm!
Built to make interacting with btSQL databases even easier, btSQL.js empowers developers to bring the power of decentralized SQL storage directly into their applications.
Why btSQL.js?
With this SDK, integrating btSQL with your codebase is smoother than ever! Manage databases, interact with tables, and run queries, all while benefiting from btSQL’s secure, decentralized infrastructure on the BTFS. This launch makes it simple for developers to integrate powerful decentralized SQL functionality into both new and existing applications.
Get Started
Simply install btSQL.js from npm, get your api-key from our dashboard, and start creating and managing your databases with just a few lines of code!
Integration docs can be found at btSQL | Decentralized SQL DB
Whether you’re building a decentralized application or looking to explore the benefits of blockchain-backed storage, btSQL.js makes it possible. Dive in today and let’s connect if you face any issues right away.
Happy coding!!

Update upon updates, keep it up
Great update. You are doing well.
Congrats on launching btSQL.js! This will make things way easier for developers. Keep it up!
Thanks for the tag ! I have successfully tested your app by creating a ok test database. Can you see the database as well? I am sure this project will be benefiicial for developers on TRON/BTTC. Love it that you are using BTFS. I also think this project is a potential winners in integration track this season. Good luck !
You are the best in integration track for us. Congrats on publishing your new SDK library.
Thanks for tagging ![]()
Thanks for checking out our project @HODL . Its nice to see that you tried to create a database as well. We can see a newly registered user as well from our side which is mostly you, but cannot see if you have added some data or not, we don’t have access to it. You can go to the query engine page and create table, insert data, play around with sql queries as well.
Again, thanks a lot for your support!
Yes I have not inserted any data to it. Okay I will try it.
@Radiant Thanks a ton for your support.
Lets groww together

I’m glad to see the level of effort you are putting into that work. Congratulations on this new update. Tag me for other news as well
What security measures does btSQL use to protect data? How does blockchain improve these security features compared to traditional databases?
Congrats on the work!
This SQL could not be applied to privacy applications but maybe some openly saw DB where you want to show your users the exact data might work…
But amazing work @btSQL ![]()
Maybe adding a paid privacy feature on future releases @btSQL?
Lots of potential here!
I’d recommend buying a domain so you start building a brand on it ![]()
Question: Are you keeping a backup of the databases in your own safe BTFS node? If not you should because nodes in the BTFS network are not forced to keep their nodes running indefinedetly, also if storage contact ends the assigned node might delete the databases during garbage collection process at any time.
Keep working hard ![]()
@constantinpricope201 Thanks for checking out our project and testing our the platform as well!
We want to ensure you that all the data you post on btSQL is encrypted at our premises before getting pushed to BTFS. We do understand that data is the most private and prestigious asset any application has, and we have more plans to enhance the privacy as well. For now, if you try to open the btfs link for the tables, you will see that it will have some encrypted content only. The content is encrypted using the client’s secret key, which only the client has access to.
Rest assured we will work more to have a robust privacy system built.
@SimbadMarino Thanks for providing your feedback on how can we monetise. But we do think that privacy is the most fundamental feature for any database, so rather than charging for it, we want privacy to be a defacto of our product. All the data for the applications is already encrypted using the secret keys and we are working in background to get a more robust feature in place.
Moreover, after the release of our sdk for applications to integrate btSQL, our primary focus is to get monetisation in place. We are thinking of giving a generous free tier of 100MB of data, post which users will charged for the BTFS storage + plus some platform charges based on their usage. This will ensure that developers can freely try our platform as well as we remain cheaper and better than existing database solutions.
Regarding the backups (for sake of the first version) we are not adding a backup specifically in our BTFS node. But noted your point, after some of the existing tasks on our plate will quickly get started with pinning the data on our BTFS node as well and completely migrate from the backend servers.
Let us know if we were able to clarify your concerns, and just to assure we will get back very soon with all the feedbacks incorporated soon ![]()
Nice word and thanks for the update
I’ve come across very great innovative projects and this is really remarkable. May the best project win. Goodluck guys!
