I have learnt how to estimate energy.

const functionSelector = 'createPair(string,string,address)';

const parameter = [{type:'string',value:'No'},{type:'string',value:'Yes'},{type:'address',value:'TLBaRhANQoJFTqre9Nf1mjuwNWjCJeYqUL'}]

const result = await tronWeb.transactionBuilder.estimateEnergy('TJ8sRynQEQqu9xF9R4RQzLxG1YTryZ8Sed', functionSelector, {}, parameter);

Went through the project and it looks very promising but my concern is about security. What steps are taken or consider for security.
Thanks and best of luck

Absolutely, we are going to implement a number of protocols and features to enhance security.
Security is indeed a significant consideration in the development and implementation of Algo AMM. To ensure the robustness and integrity of the platform, several steps and measures are taken:

  1. Economic Guarantees: UMA’s oracle system, which plays a crucial role in the prediction market ecosystem, is designed with economic guarantees to safeguard against corruption or manipulation attempts. The cost of corrupting the Decentralized Oracle (DVM) is made intentionally higher than the potential profit that could be gained from corrupting it. This discourages any malicious activities aimed at compromising the oracle’s integrity.

  2. Zero-Knowledge Proofs: The use of Zero-Knowledge proofs (ZKPs) can significantly enhance security and privacy. By performing computations off-chain and providing a proof that the computation was correctly executed, ZKPs shield private data and enable verification on-chain with lower computational costs. This allows for the implementation of on-chain, private machine learning and provides a layer of security against potential attacks.

  3. Anomaly Detection and Proactive Security: Algo AMM leverages smart contract data to train anomaly detection models. These models can then automate security procedures, such as pausing contracts, in a more proactive and preventive manner. By continuously monitoring and analyzing the behavior of transactions, the platform can detect and respond to potential security threats in a timely manner.

  4. Privacy and Compliance: ZKML (Zero-Knowledge Machine Learning) also plays a role in preserving privacy and ensuring compliance with government regulations. By utilizing privacy-preserving techniques, Algo AMM can protect sensitive user data while still providing accurate and reliable predictions.

These security measures, combined with the expertise and dedication of the development team, are designed to ensure the safety and integrity of the Algo AMM platform for the benefit of its users.

@pfed-prog Hi, Can you please explain how you are going to Resolve The Prediction and Reward distribution. Thanks

Hey, @adeel, hope you are having a great day.

So, here is the snippet of our Factory contract that actually resolves the event.

It calls Pair contract which in turn is responsible for only 1 event.

Hi @rkumar!

Thank you for your interest in the project. Regarding your query about how a new event is created, in our platform, users have the ability to create events themselves. We believe in empowering our users and allowing them to contribute to the event prediction system by creating events that they find interesting or relevant.

Thank you for your suggestion regarding integrating a fiat on-ramp on the platform. We completely agree that a seamless experience is crucial for onboarding a larger number of users. Integrating a fiat on-ramp will not only make it easier for users to participate in the platform but also enhance the overall user experience. We appreciate your feedback and will definitely take it into consideration as we continue to improve our platform.

If you have any more questions or suggestions, feel free to let us know!

Hello @pfed-prog

What other types of events, games, etc will be featured on your platform in the future that users can play with?

[[UPDATE 2023-10-25 : Added source for claim about which parts were updated. If this is incorrect. Please provide documentation of the contents of the previous hackathon so I could compare.]]

Thank you for sharing. This project is a curve-based automated market maker for prediction markers.

That means instead of directly betting on the outcomes of football games, you can instead commit assets into a pool and the pool will provide liquidity in whichever direction other people want to bet.

This project previously appeared on an Algo contest and the only novel part presented is the front end [SOURCE: “Has your project participated in other Hackathons? / Since then we have completely revamped the contract and fron end” in the contest submission]. Right now the website only has a total of 63 words on it across all pages (including duplicates).

For the HackaTRON s5, I am seeing this entry as incomplete. But do welcome you to continue here and participate again in the future.

Gm, I have finally found some time to answer the questions in the thread.

I think it would be really to add Tron specific events to gauge the level of support from the active users.

Thank you for your reply.

This is the first time I have heard about a similar project. I would really appreciate more details and an update on what currently this project is working on.

I have a custom private research on prediction markets which I can provide a private link to organizers and judges.

In regards to Algo contest, the only thing similar is the name and logo for Algo AMM.
If you were a full stack developer, you would know that. because at the time of Algo contest it was not EVM compatible.

If you want a number of words, surely you can also view my 20 minute presentation on Dev and Tell which had 1727 words.

I had a custom gif made for me at ETH Global Paris 2023, where we got a first prize. Just want to share it with you all.

omg, thank you so much for your support. We will definitely continue working on the project. Hopefully, we will be able to implement ZK ML and aggregate liquidity similar to CowSwap.
