Project Overview

Project Goal: We are here to empower TRON users with a unified dashboard for real-time blockchain analytics. Our goal is to make it easy to scan wallets, explore tokens, track DeFi activity, and assess on-chain risk all in one place. By integrating AI-driven insights, we help users make informed decisions and navigate the TRON ecosystem safely and efficiently.

Unique Value Proposition: We stand out by combining real-time data, security analysis, and AI predictions in one platform. Instead of juggling a block explorer, a DeFi dashboard, and external analytics tools, TRON users get everything in one place. This unified experience not only reveals deeper insights, such as correlating wallet activity directly with market trends, but also encourages increased user engagement and frequent on-chain interactions. As users act on clearer, more accessible insights, TronScope actively drives more transactions and higher TRX utility, directly and indirectly benefiting the TRON blockchain and enriching the entire ecosystem.

Project Demo: https://tronscope.com/

Project Overview: TronScope is an all-in-one TRON blockchain analytics hub. It combines multiple tools and dashboards into a single platform:

  • ScopeBoard: A personalized wallet dashboard to track TRX balances, staked assets, JustLend activity, and governance status in one view. Integrated with AI insights and optional Pro notifications, it helps users act on trends, risks, or opportunities.

  • Scanner: A comprehensive address and contract scanner that provides real-time risk scores and trust indicators for any TRON wallet or smart contract. Users can check if a contract is verified, audit its history, and get alerts on potential scams or blacklisted addresses before interacting.

(This feature enhances security and trust in on-chain interactions.)

  • Predictions Page: An AI-powered module that delivers automated market forecasts and risk alerts based on on-chain activity, like whale movements, DEX volume spikes, or staking shifts. It helps users anticipate trends early. Predictions are generated by machine learning models and updated regularly.

(Our model is in its early stages, we are introducing more comprehensive and specialized hardware.)

  • Pro Page: A simple interface where users can subscribe or renew their TronScope Pro membership. Currently available on the Shasta Testnet, it unlocks access to premium features such as advanced analytics, alerts, and full AI predictions.

  • Live Market (Coming Soon): This upcoming module will provide real-time TRON token prices, market trends, and volume data. It will aggregate feeds from DEXs like SunSwap and other sources, giving users instant market insights without needing to leave the TronScope platform.

  • Cross-Chain Analytics (Planned): After Live Market, we will expand into multi-chain support, starting with BTTC, followed by other chains like Ethereum and BSC. Users will be able to track assets and activity across chains, all within a unified dashboard.

Expected Completion Date for 2025: August/September 2025

How is the Project Governed?: TronScope is currently governed centrally by our 3-member core team, allowing fast decisions based on user feedback and our product vision. We’ll actively involve the community through Telegram and forum polls for major updates. As we scale, we’re open to adopting a hybrid governance model, potentially transitioning towards a DAO structure or forming a community advisory board, ensuring alignment with user interests and the TRON ecosystem’s growth.

Funding & Business Model

Funding Request: We are requesting $135,000 USD in funding from the TRON Builders League to accelerate TronScope’s development and adoption. This amount has been carefully determined based on our roadmap and the resources required. Here is a breakdown of how the funds will be utilized:

  • $30,000 – Infrastructure & Hosting: Operating a real-time analytics platform requires robust infrastructure. This budget will cover servers and nodes for at least 12-18 months. We plan to run dedicated TRON full nodes and database servers to index blockchain data (ensuring reliability independent of third-party APIs), host our backend services (including AI modules which can be resource-intensive), and handle scaling as our user base grows. This also covers data storage, backups, and using premium APIs or services (e.g., TronGrid Pro or other blockchain data providers) to guarantee uptime and speed.

  • $45,000 – Development & Team Expansion: As a three-person team, we wear multiple hats. This funding will support our developers’ time and allow us to potentially bring on an additional part-time developer or smart contract auditor for specific tasks. Key development goals include: building the Live Market Data and Cross-Chain features (described in milestones), optimizing the UI/UX based on beta feedback, and conducting a professional security audit for our smart contracts or critical code. This budget ensures we can dedicate full-time effort over the next several months and keep our momentum without financial strain.

  • $20,000 – AI Enhancement: TronScope’s competitive edge is its AI-driven insights. We will use this portion to improve our AI models and analytics capabilities. This includes acquiring high-quality historical data for training (e.g., long-term TRON market data, labeled scam addresses for the risk model), possibly utilizing paid AI services or APIs (if needed for NLP sentiment analysis or advanced forecasting), and covering the computational costs of training and running models.

  • $15,000 – Analytics Infrastructure & Tools: This covers building out our analytics pipelines and in-house tools. We plan to develop a robust data indexing system for TRON (and future chains, in Cross-Chain module) – essentially our own mini “graph” or dataset that caches all token transfers, contract events, etc., for quick querying. Funds will be used for developing these systems and for any licensing costs of analytics libraries or charting tools to make our visualizations more dynamic. A portion is also allocated to set up monitoring and maintenance tools to keep the platform running smoothly (alerting us to any downtime or data anomalies in real-time).

  • $15,000 – Marketing, Community & Growth: This budget will be used for community outreach and growth initiatives. We will create educational content (tutorial videos, documentation) to help users get the most out of TronScope and understand TRON’s ecosystem data. Part of this fund will support social media marketing, partnership outreach (e.g., collaborating with projects for cross-promotion), and attending TRON-based events. The goal is to grow a loyal user base that regularly uses TronScope as their go-to tool.

  • $10,000 – Pro Subscription Scaling: As we introduce the TronScope Pro subscription, we want to ensure a smooth rollout. This budget will help implement a robust subscription management system (possibly integrating with TRON smart contracts for handling payments in TRX), and initial scaling costs. We may use this to offer introductory discounts or referral bonuses paid in TRX to early Pro adopters, incentivizing sign-ups. Additionally, we’ll allocate resources to monitor and scale the Pro features (such as higher API rate limits or more AI compute power for Pro user analytics), so that the experience remains premium for paying users even as their numbers grow.

Total funding ask: $135,000 & We believe this investment will not only enable us to deliver all promised features on time but also ensure TronScope can reach a wide audience and sustain itself until it becomes financially self-supporting.

Revenue Model: A freemium subscription model → core features are free, with advanced analytics, AI insights, real-time alerts, and detailed reports reserved for TronScope Pro subscribers. Currently, Pro subscriptions are available on Shasta Testnet for testing (at 200 TRX, no real payment required). Upon final updates, Pro subscriptions will be approximately $15 USD per month, payable in TRX.

Our primary focus for revenue in the near term is growing the TronScope subscriber base. As our user base grows, hundreds or thousands of users paying TRX monthly could translate into a significant on-chain transaction volume and sink for TRX

Interested in TRON Having a Stake?: Yes, we are open to TRON DAO having a stake or partnership role in TronScope. We view TronScope as an integral part of the TRON ecosystem’s user experience, and having TRON DAO involved could further align our platform with the community’s needs. This could take the form of an equity stake in our project or a grant with strings attached to performance, or simply a close collaboration where TronScope is an officially recommended tool. We are open to discussion on what such a stake or collaboration would look like. The key benefit would be mutual: TronScope gains resources and credibility, and TRON DAO gets influence on a platform that could become a major driver of user engagement and transaction activity on TRON. If TRON DAO had a stake, we’d likely allocate a portion of it towards benefiting the community (for example, subsidizing Pro subscriptions for new TRON users as a growth initiative or integrating TronScope insights into TronScan or other official channels).

Preferred Collaboration Method: We welcome collaboration in any form that adds value. Some specific ways we’d love to collaborate:

  • Integration Partnerships: Working with other TRON projects (DEXes, lending platforms) to integrate their data into TronScope and vice versa. For instance, we can feature a “Buy on SunSwap” button next to tokens on our Live Market page, or show TronScope analytics widgets in partner dApps. This kind of synergy benefits users across the ecosystem.

  • Mentorship and Guidance: Utilizing TBL’s mentorship resources to refine our product and business model. Advice on scaling, security best practices, and growth hacks in the TRON context is extremely valuable for us.

  • Promotion & Co-Marketing: TronScope would greatly benefit from official TRON channels support – tweets, forum highlights, presence in TRON events. Joint campaigns as educational AMAs explaining TRON analytics, could both promote TronScope and guide TRON users.

  • Feature Collaboration: As TRON evolves (new protocol features, new sidechains like BTTC, etc.), we want to stay aligned. Collaboration with TRON core devs or other teams can ensure TronScope supports new features (for example, if a new staking mechanism or a privacy feature is introduced, TronScope would quickly adapt to track it). In turn, TronScope can serve as a testing ground for how users interact with these features by observing analytics, which we’d gladly share insights on with TRON DAO.

In summary, we are flexible and open-minded: any cooperation that helps TronScope grow and better serve TRON users is on the table, from technical integration to strategic partnerships.

Ecosystem Impact

Partnerships: We currently have no formal partnerships but are actively engaging with TRON ecosystem projects for future collaboration. TronScope is built with integration in mind, we’re open to working with DEXes (like SunSwap), lending protocols (like JustLend), and other platforms to exchange data, embed analytics, or co-develop features. As we grow, forming partnerships to enhance utility and ecosystem synergy is a key focus.

Time on TRON: TronScope’s core features are already in beta launch (accessible on our website). The ScopeBoard, Scanner, and Predictions modules have been completed and are live for users to test. Community feedback is being actively incorporated. Development began on February 26, 2025, and in just over a month we have a working platform.

:speech_balloon: Just wanted to drop a quick note on how the TronScope Pro subscription system works

We’ve deployed a smart contract on the Shasta Testnet to handle Pro memberships, this is just for testing right now, but the same setup will go live on TRON mainnet once we finalize everything.

How it works:
The contract asks for 200 TRX on pro page, then, it gives you 30 days of access, and if you renew early, the time stacks. You can check your status anytime on-chain using checkPro() or getMembershipDeadline() functions.

!!Again, this is testnet only for now! Don’t send any mainnet TRX.

Feel free to test it on testnet, please share any feedback. We’d love to hear what you think :raising_hands:
(Since our platform is comprehensive, there are bugs in some places, we take notes and bring new solutions every day.)

As a last, let’s follow each other (we’ll be sharing updates regularly on tg, X & forum)

Interesting but I’m always circumspect when I see market predictions tools. Lot of users tend to rely on others (no matter if it’s signal groups, KOLs, or even random guys on Telegram..). That wouldn’t be different with a prediction tool. And even if you add warnings (this is for informative purpose only, not financial advice, etc) lot of people would still rely on it and at the first setback would start a social media storm. So I’m curious to see what will be exactly the available datas on that tool and how to prevent such firestorm in case of “mistake”.

Great point, and honestly, something we’ve been thinking about a lot too.

The goal with the predictions page was never to be a “call the top or bottom” tool, we’re not trying to be a signal group or tell anyone to buy/sell. It’s more about surfacing interesting on-chain activity (like unusual whale moves or sudden volume spikes) and giving users an extra layer of context they might’ve missed. For example, something like:
“Staking withdrawals are up 3x in the last 24h”, that’s not advice, but it might help someone ask the right questions.

e.g.

That said, we totally get the risk. People do lean on anything that feels like an edge. We’ve added disclaimers, and we’ll likely add more and more, but we’re also thinking of building in a feedback system so users can rate predictions or flag them if they seem off. Over time, that should help us improve the model and avoid anything misleading. (right now, there are currently many bugs to address and solve them)

We’re taking it seriously, and if you (or anyone) has ideas on how to make it safer, we’re all ears. Appreciate the honest feedback :folded_hands: Additionally, this is just one section of our website. If it would affect the community in a disruptive or distrustful way, it can be replaced.

I don’t know how to improve model but maybe making this section more like a gamified thing could help people realise it’s not a buy/sell signal tool :+1:

Gm TronScope. happy weekend.
good submission here, and here are my following test and contribution

the pro version working smoothly. but isn’t too much? that is about $50 as of now

this prediction features can be a problem. i know how i can be energize when prediction tells me xyz… coin to $1

this too is cool, but gives me the vibes from Tron portal https://tron.messari.io/
also share similarity with JM there is room for improvement.

and for report any of the suspicious addresses, to whom are we reporting to?

Gm mate, happy weekend :raising_hands:

A: Since the platform is currently on shasta testnet, we chose to try it for an amount of 200 TRX. As we stated in the submission, we estimate that the normal price will be around $15

A: Based on feedback from the community, we have a different direction in mind for this section. We’re definitely considering it. (since the API we use is limited, sometimes the error warning on this screen may appear for now.)

A: These reports come to our database, and if there is a situation related to the reason stated in the explanation, we blacklist the account or contract and mark it as unsafe.

Alright, if it gonna be around $15, no issue, but something can be added to worth it more like trx porfolio manager.

thanks for clarification. keep buiding

HI! I read the project, clearly it is very ambitious.

I found most of it cool, very appealing and think may have a good aceptance by the comunity.

The only issue I see is precisely the scope: a little too broad imho.

Cheers!

Welcome to TBL, there’s something striking about first look at your whole project and that’s the fact that it’s similar to “TronScore” in the sense of project name and not necessarily regarding the build, what if @TMMS decides to sue bro, have you ever thought about that? Lol

I take this to mean onchain analysis, but would this be like a FBI type of tool where you can review transactions for frauds, bias and insider trading like zachxbt does? Just wondering

Yes we agree, we are working on more pro features and all site parts. Gonna mention all new updates as soon as they are ready.

Thanks a lot mate :folded_hands:

really appreciate you taking the time to read through all of it..

Totally fair point on the scope, it is a bit ambitious, and we’re aware of that. The goal is to build it up step by step, starting with the core features we’ve already launched. As we stated in the submission, we will evaluate this type of feedback and bring new updates to our project.

Thank you for sharing, and cheers.

Appreciate the warm welcome and thoughtful take :raising_hands:

Haha fair point on the name  definitely not trying to step on any toes. We actually picked “TronScope” just to reflect the “zoom out and see it all” kind of vibe. We chose the name simply to reflect the broader analytics vision, no overlap intended. If there’s ever any concern down the line, we’re open to a conversation.

We’re not trying to “expose” anyone like Zachxbt, but we do want to make on-chain data more readable and transparent for all TRON users. Risk scoring, flagging weird contract behavior, maybe even building some open intel tools with community input down the line. So yeah, we’ll keep it ethical, but powerful enough to spot red flags.

Moreover, we act with the knowledge that TRON always has the final say on the blockchain, and we are very careful not to cross the line against others.

Thanks for the clarification here :backhand_index_pointing_down:t2:

Like you rightfully said here :backhand_index_pointing_down:t2:

Would you in any way possible consider integrating with or existing tools like TRONScan?

Hey buddy welcome to TBL :handshake:
It’s a long read but worth reading
I will definitely do my own testing at.y free time, but for now I want to suggest something,… I think it will be better to reduce the pro subscription to $5 at the early stage to gain more users to your tool/platform then as time goes you gradually increase it to $5 to $7 to $10 then $15 ,…if i subscribed for $5 and it eventually increased to $10 or $15 if the tool is giving me the value and serving the purpose why I subscribed, I have no reason to run instead I will continue utilizing it, this just my little cent , wishing you all the best

Yess actually we already integrate with TRONScan’s API in several places across TronScope. For example, when users scan a wallet, we pull detailed transaction history, token transfers, and contract interactions directly from TRONScan’s endpoints. We also use their token metadata APIs when building the token insights section, especially for tokens that don’t show up on CoinGecko yet.

On top of that, we pair those calls with TronGrid’s gRPC layer to fetch real-time staking data and contract reads (like for our Pro subscription feature). We’re also planning to index parts of this data in our own cache layer soon to reduce API dependency and improve speed. So yes, we already rely on TRONScan for a good chunk of our backend, and we’re definitely open to collaborating more closely or exploring deeper integrations if the opportunity comes up.

It looks like we should create a subtopic or arrange a meeting about this soon :writing_hand:

Thank you very much for your sincerity and approach. We did not think the name would be similar to any other project until someone else mention it.

I am currently reviewing your project and adding it to the ecosystem hub of our site. I will visit within 30 mins to write feedback :upside_down_face:

Thank you very much @Nweke-nature1.com we normally prepare it in whitepaper. We will share it next week. The original report was 2-3 times this length and we shortened it as much as we could, we can shorten it a little more after adding the video and whitepaper  but yeah you are right.

Definitely a very correct point of view. starting with a lower price point like $5 could really help more users get onboard and experience the value firsthand. We actually mentioned a similar idea in our project submission too. We’re planning to roll out introductory discounts and referral bonuses in TRX during the early stage of TronScope Pro, just to help with that exact early growth you mentioned.

Really appreciate you reinforcing that idea, it means we’re thinking in the right direction.
We’d love to hear your feedback again after the next updates :folded_hands:
