Thanks for replying, statistics are really important to investors cause nothing really beats the part of taking profits as that’s the upside of every good investment. I’d like to inquire further about obtaining trading volume statistics from GeckoTerminal and how it can be utilized:
In addition to trading volume, are there any other key data points or metrics that you aim to gather from GeckoTerminal to enhance your analysis of Oil Token’s price movements and potential arbitrage opportunities?
Considering that trading volume can vary significantly between different timeframes (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly), will you be looking at short-term or long-term trends in the volume data to draw meaningful insights?
How frequently do you plan to update the trading volume data and reevaluate the potential price increase of Oil Token based on the deflationary mechanism and arbitrage opportunities?
Pardon my curiosity, this are just a few questions I’d really need clarity on.
Yes. its not only the trading volume. its also important where is the biggest liquidity. because if you have a big part of the liquidty with a very inflationary token your token also will go down. so i recomand to use, USDT, BTC, …
Longtherm you just can say that more and more liquidty will come to this token. more liquidty means later also more trading volume because you can make bigger trades or also much more smaller trades because you dont have a price impact anymore.
there is no plan to update this but lets see how the project is ongoing. never say never.
Thanks for replying, by your response I can clearly deduce that; the success and price stability of the Oil Token project depend on trading volume, liquidity distribution, and token types in the pools. Inflationary tokens can harm Oil Token’s price, while stable tokens like USDT and BTC are preferred for stability. As liquidity grows long-term, trading volume increases and price impact decreases, necessitating ongoing monitoring to adjust to market changes. Sounds interesting and I got a few more questions;
How do you plan to assess the distribution of liquidity in the Oil Token project? Are there specific metrics or tools you will use to evaluate the token composition within the liquidity pools?
Have you considered any strategies to incentivize liquidity providers to contribute stable tokens like USDT and BTC to the liquidity pools, thereby promoting price stability for Oil Token?
Interesting. Please elaborate more. Perhaps add how arbitrage is done from a computer on your forum submission because on the OP I’m unable to understand what role AI is playing in this project other than the 3 questions you asked chatGPT here.
Overall, what I’ve understood is that OIL can be arbitrage just like any other token out here.
In this crypto world locking liquidity is also being considered as burning. However, it is very important to note that it is not actually burning the tokens but only locking the LP forever.
It said that because you clearly mentioned on your first question that there’s no buying or selling. Then how the price is supposed change ?
Maybe I’m missing something here about what role AI is playing in this project other than Qs&As.
Other than @manfred_jr i have not seen anybody who has said that this project is AI related.
Please mention more about the role of AI, arbitrage is all good and but can be done with any token.
I may have been rather quick in my analysis but the role of AI in the Oil Token project is not explicitly defined or emphasized.
While there may be some involvement of AI in certain aspects of the project, it is not described as a fully AI-driven project. Rather, AI seems to be a supplementary tool or support used in specific areas of analysis or discussions related to the project.
Welcome to season 5, wishing you all the best.
Now to @HODL, @Prince-Onscolo and @manfred_jr, what i have deduced from all this is that, the arbitrage done will not be a manual arbitrage.
But rather a tool built with an AI will do the arbitrage making it fully automated. If that is the case then it fits perfectly in the AI category.
From the explanations given on what projects are fit to be in AI, it states clearly and i quote
The project is solving a problem with the help of AI as a tool to do automatic arbitrage trading.
Correct. The Point is AI can help us in many things but most of the time people asked the wrong question and so the AI don’t use the correct parameter.
People want to earn money. most money you can earn by solving a problem. what is the biggest problem in Crypto. In my opinion liquidity. so if you can built a system where liquidity automatic getting more over the time you can solve one problem in crypto space.
The project’s use of AI as an automatic arbitrage tool presents several advantages, including increased efficiency and profit potential. However, it also entails risks and requires continuous monitoring and improvement. Regulatory compliance, transparency, and expertise in both financial markets and AI technology are crucial aspects to consider. Overall, if implemented effectively, AI can enhance the project’s performance and liquidity provision, benefiting stakeholders and promoting confidence in the community.
Just like my good friend @Nana66419 said; I stand corrected.
Well we have special NFT based badges for people who are supporting the museum. Looking at the category descriptions the NFT category seems the most suitable.
Unfortunately we don’t seem to be able to embed pictures in responses as I would have added an example in my reply.
