Good question! Here is our answer with a good story behind;
We have been in IT Services Business for many years. I think no one should have any doubt. I met with cryptocurrency in 2011, but that time was ignored until 2017. After my economics study, I sought a good business model that must be scalable (scalability in business terms means expanding the business idea in different regions of the world easily), profitable, and easy to manage the currency expansion. At that time, I studied blockchain and, as we see, the core Ethereum. But that was costly and slow, and the consensus mechanism was PoW. We had developed coding skills then, but they were nonetheless related to our business model.
After Tron introduced a well-structured DPoS mechanism, the protocol also mentioned DAO and staker mechanisms and a well-designed delegated consensus that is not running on power use. In 2019 with this Tron-based mechanism, we had the idea that we could now initiate our DeBu - Decentralized Businesses - strategy on Tron because of the mainly low-cost transaction speed. We had some problems regarding the communityâs lack of development skills at that time, but we covered them with our skills on ethereum, so we deployed some test contracts, etc. In 2019 as mentioned, we also minted GMCoin, which we believed at the time would prepare the tokenization concept for our business. So our mission was matched -DeBu- Decentralized Businesses concept with the first SupportToEarn token structure for Managed IT Services that we are experts in.
As you remember, in 2018â2019, there were not many Layer 1 chains, and like right now, we believe Tron presents a perfect match for our vision.
Please note that: Since the token mint in 2019, we have not deployed any other token minting strategy on Tron, like wrapping or any other chains. Tron protocol was the only choice then, and it is still the only one. We do not want to lose time bridging to other chains and go on⊠We have developed skills on the business usage side of the token rather than the technical parts. That is why TRC10, chose easy-to-handle API access that might cover our needs for the future.
The world lacks a vision for adopting tokenization strategies based on processes, business tasks, workflows, and frameworks like we are doing now.
This HackaTron perfectly matches us, the community, Tron Protocol, and the business world.
good explanation.
You made mention of speed and cheaper fees.
For speed you are 100% right but onchain fees on tron without energy is no more cheaper as first, have you considered building or going multi-chain on bttc too?
With that, you get the speed you need and more cheaper than tron
That is perfectly correct, Tronâs fees, like Energy, Bandwidth, and Tronâs burning mechanism, were previously much more affordable. Right now, after some proposals, it has raised a bit, which also might affect our Smart Contract deployment methodologies; we can stake a big amount of Tron and run the deployments and the builds on our own contract by making 100% deployer owner. Or we can consider renting energy and other cost units, or we can directly burn TRX. These are to be decided at the time.
Overall, as mentioned;
We do not have plans to migrate to other chains, create a sidechain token or operation, jump and retire the current structure, or mint on another chain, wasting time with the bridging mechanisms. This will also harm our tokenomics structure and may direct our focus to maintaining that rather than creating a business model. Considering that we have also CEX operations, organically growing BTT, SGT, GT teams; multi-chain operations harm this.
To conclude;
GMCoin is only on TRON with TRC10: 1002357 and will only be.
alright thank you and I want to let you know that #bttc is also owned by Justin and supported in this Hackatron so going multi-chain on that wouldnât be a problem. Still will be in our ecosystem
This projectâs primary focus is not on average crypto users. Our aim is for this modelâs services to be utilized by businesses. However, we recommend that average crypto users consider joining our GT team. This team offers benefits without requiring IT services skills like BTT or sales skills like SGT. Instead, it involves staking through actual IT service revenue; we call it #SupportToEarn model as a pathway to earn GMCoin tokens.
Currently, our BTT workforce does not offer onsite services, although this might be a possibility in the future. However, this falls outside the current scope of our project. Users need to access our web3 IT service platform to initiate a service request. Consequently, we cannot provide service for that specific IT asset if a machine cannot be accessed or connected to the internet. Apart from these limitations, all other service requests will follow a decentralized approach regarding business operations, IT Servicing frameworks, and workflows.
The primary benefit is to alleviate the companyâs workload. Maintaining a central workforce is not only more expensive but also poses challenges in terms of management. Furthermore, besides easing the workload, this model offers enhanced scalability by eliminating the need for dedicated office spaces for each IT professional. This streamlined approach makes it more feasible to improve the companyâs workforce.
When we ventured on this project, TRONâs documentation needed to be improved. Consequently, we decided to delay the project temporarily. However, the current scenario has changed significantly as TRON boasts thriving and vibrant communities, along with comprehensive documentation. Despite these advancements, regulatory concerns remain significant, particularly concerning token-related matters needing more clarity. We have an inside SWOT analysis that is outside the scope of this web3 project. However, keep in mind that our company operations are also working on legalization frameworks for the tokens and coins by the instructions of our lawyers. We employ lawyers and get a recommendation on the legalization on a yearly basis.
Our approach does not involve adapting IT services to the blockchain; instead, we are integrating blockchain technology into the management of an IT company. This adaptation entails incorporating blockchain for certain process aspects, such as implementing reward systems. However, our exploration extends beyond this, as we are currently researching and evaluating the viability of additional applications, such as linking each service request to smart contracts. The goal is to determine the profitability and practicality of incorporating blockchain technology in various facets of our operations.
As well as the I mentioned main focus is our customers, which are Small Businesses (SMBs), and our three operationally decentralized BTT, SGT, GT teams.
GM Informatics JSC has multiple IT operations that create revenue moreover, we are in the seed funding phase.Âč
To be honest, I have participated much in the marketing and the awareness of the TRON Blockchain, so I may be the one there or not I just forgot since I am not using TG so much in these days.

How many users have used your platform so far for IT services? Do you forsee a huge demand for this? What are plans in order to market towards users in turkey who might need this?
As we stated in the project, we are in the MMR phase, which means that the Web3 platform is almost ready, operational, and tests are done. So currently, tests are implemented with local customers, where our company is operating, and not expanded or marketed to the Turkish market. About 20 corporate customers have already onboarded and completed the functionality and operational tests. Moreover, BTTâs completed the registration of 50 IT experts; all we communicate and educate from Discord. SGTâs and GTâs are not yet published.
Yes, according to multiple research studies, the IT service market exceeds $2 billion just in the Turkish market. Since the Web3 platform is scalable, we may also see a chance to expand to other markets. And close to 1 million remote desktop support connections are made each month for remote help desks, remote IT support, and services. Our Web3 platform offers 24/7 IT services and has the advantages of operational capabilities, cost-effectiveness, security, and innovative. With these competitive advantages, all parties ensure maximum benefit from the decentralized operations.
Our company has been in operation for about 14 years. We deliver many products and services with different marketing plans. But specifically for this web3 decentralized IT Service platform, we may use:
Social Marketing
Google Ads
Domestic Events and Fairs (IT Events, Web3 Events, Blockchain Events and many events are marketable for us both vertical and horizontal markets.
Chamber Of Commerce for local meetings for SMBs
And finally, our SGT team specially designed for the growth of our presence.
As stated within the project, a total of three different smart contracts were studied and deployed during the hackathon period. They are on the Nile testnet.
Here they are:
For the year 2019, can you share which contract was deployed? Our operations related to this project started just a few months ago?
We are ready to answer any questions regarding our project. We tried to fill in more details but then summarized them because the forum submission limit the post to 32k charactersâŠ
But we are very excited to go into competition with very exciting web3 projects that push the limits of decentralized webâŠ
From our side, we believe decentralized IT concepts will change the way IT experts give services, like the gig economy changed the way we workâŠ
