They are going to try to appeal the decision, recently. So they are headed to court again. They don’t want the decision to affect other court cases involving cryptocurrency.

I think there will be more battle to come and I am not sure if its too early to call all other crypto safe from the SEC.

Hmmm, this could be mass attacks just to deprive the bullrun till further notice.
All this occuring still under the same Sec Chairman
Yes, they have said that long ago, but maybe they being lazy to act on it
