To ensure the privacy and security of patient information, our platform will use advanced encryption technology to record data on the blockchain. Additionally, we implement user profiles within the Medical Management platform for controlled access and regular audits to ensure that only authorized users have access to sensitive data. Security audits will be conducted by data security experts at regular intervals to ensure that the platform complies with the required security and privacy standards. The exact frequency of the audits will depend on the internal policy of the Medical Management team, but it is expected that they will be conducted at least four times a year or when significant changes are implemented on the platform. During these audits, existing security systems will be reviewed, vulnerabilities will be identified, and measures will be implemented to mitigate any potential risk. Additionally, additional security measures such as two-factor authentication and data encryption will be implemented to ensure comprehensive data protection.

welcome once again to season 4, thats a very nice initiative you have here but my only worry is, let say i have knee pains, i visit a doctor and now because of this wonderful platform, the doctor now has access to all my past records which even shows my penis is dead, something i want it to remain a secret between the doctor that first did that diagnosis.
I came to look for solution to my knee pain, now my erectile dysfunction is out in the open to someone I wouldnāt want him or her to have access to, is there a way, permission can be granted to part of the medical record that is related to my present sickness, cos i dont see how an erectile dysfunction can have any relationship with knee pains.
I want to also know if your platform can serve this purpose. We all know recently when you are travelling some international if not all, request a covid pass, can a covid pass be updated to be part of a personās medical record for which he can show at the airport since you are planning to make it interoperable and integrate into other sectors.

The platform will allow you to specify which medical information you want to share with healthcare providers and who can access it. You can grant temporary or permanent access, as well as revoke access at any time if you change your mind.

We understand the concern regarding the privacy of medical information and take this matter very seriously. That is why the platform is designed to give patients full control over their data and which parts of their medical history can be accessed by healthcare providers.
Therefore, patients will have the ability to enable or disable specific medical conditions to be viewed by their doctor. For example, if a patient has knee problems and does not want to share information about an erectile dysfunction condition with their doctor, they can disable access to that particular information.
Regarding the integration of vaccination certificates (e.g. COVID) into our platform. We are currently working on a feature that will allow patients to add their vaccination certificate to their digital medical history. This way, they will be able to access it from anywhere and easily share it when needed, such as for international travel or a visit to the doctor.

We are a team of IT professionals where our main language is Spanish (Mexico). Therefore, we are initially building our platforms in the language we are most comfortable with. At the same time, we are making efforts and progress to offer our digital tools in English. Please bear with us a little longer until you find the language you desire.
