Project Goal:

The goal of the Medical Management by Ennovasol project is to build a Web3 and cloud-based platform that allows doctors to efficiently and effectively manage their medical practice, using innovative technologies such as blockchain and smart contracts. The platform aims to improve the efficiency and quality of healthcare by enabling the management and administration of appointments, clinical notes, prescriptions, medical records, electronic records, inventory control, medication and equipment sales, and electronic invoicing, among other functions.

In addition, the platform will enable interoperability and integration with other healthcare systems and physicians that use common and compatible standards, which will improve coordination and continuity of healthcare for patients. It will also allow for secure and controlled consultation of a patient’s medical history by other physicians and healthcare institutions, which can reduce duplication of tests and procedures and improve healthcare.

To ensure the security and privacy of patient data, the platform will use cutting-edge technologies such as blockchain and smart contracts, allowing for secure and encrypted storage of patient information. In addition, robust security measures will be implemented to protect patient data against possible cyber threats and attacks.

Project Info:

The Medical Management platform by Ennovasol will be a comprehensive solution for doctors, allowing them to efficiently and effectively manage their medical practice.

Among the platform features are:

  • An intuitive and easy-to-use design that will allow doctors to manage and administer their practice without the need for advanced technical knowledge.
  • A system for managing appointments and patients, which will allow doctors to have complete control over their schedule and patient information.
  • A tool for creating clinical notes and medical prescriptions, which will allow doctors to keep a detailed record of the patient’s progress and treatments.
  • An electronic and comprehensive patient record system that will allow doctors to access all relevant patient information on one platform.
  • An inventory control system, which will allow doctors to keep a detailed record of available medications and medical equipment in their practice.
  • An electronic billing system, which will allow doctors to issue electronic invoices and keep a detailed record of their income and expenses.
  • An online payment acceptance system, which will allow patients to make secure and convenient payments from their digital wallet.
  • A layer of security based on blockchain and smart contracts, which will ensure the privacy and security of patient data.
  • Integration with other healthcare systems and doctors using common and compatible standards, which will improve coordination and continuity of healthcare for patients.

The platform will be scalable and can be adapted to the specific needs of each doctor, making it a versatile solution for managing and administering medical practices.

Hello Great Team,
First, let me congratulate you for making into session 4 Tron Hackathon.
All the best.

  • Your project is real a life saver in the medical/health field.

  • With real life solving solutions .
Health care data management has been a hard manual labor in my place.

My question:-

  1. Any plan to collaborate with medical institutions
    For usage and usage.

  2. In your > online payment acceptance system, which will allow patients to make secure and convenient payments from their digital wallet

  • How will payment be integrated?
  • Any prefered coin for payment?
  • How about individual with no knowledge about CRYPTO payment?

wow, this is the first time I am seeing a project like this. Blockchain to every sector. I know there are systems already there for these so bringing it to WEB 3.0 is nice but my problem is we know with blockchain anyone can access information and in health sectors patient records are confidential so how are you going to this. Will all these info be on the blockchain?

Very good idea and initiative, currently everything is going digital,…if it works out integrating Blockchain technology into medical industry, honestly is going to be a great move
I wish you all the best

Thank you very much for your feedback, it motivates us a lot to keep building Web3 tools and platforms.

Answering your questions:

Yes, we have some professional relationships to collaborate with medical institutions in the future, so we are in the process of reaching out to them and establishing relationships with various medical service providers and hospitals. However, it would be great if we could increase the possibilities of connecting with health institutions through the hackathon.

Regarding our online payment acceptance system, we are working on integrating various popular cryptocurrencies, so TRX and tokens running on the TRON blockchain are part of our goal. We are also considering the possibility of accepting fiat currency payments to make the process more accessible for those who are not familiar with cryptocurrencies.

For people who have no knowledge of cryptocurrency payments, we are working on an easy-to-use solution that will allow them to make payments easily and securely from their digital wallet. We will also use traditional payment methods to not hinder the user experience due to the patient’s lack of knowledge in the use of cryptocurrencies and tokens.

Thanks again for your interest in our project and feel free to ask us more questions if you have any!

Thank you for writing and showing interest in our proposal. Your question is very interesting and I hope I can convey the answer clearly

To ensure the privacy of patient data, the Medical Management platform uses a system of public and private keys to control access to information. Each user, whether it is the doctor or the patient, has a public key and a private key.

When a new transaction is recorded on the blockchain, it is encrypted using the doctor and patient’s public keys. In this way, only they can decrypt and access the transaction data. The information is securely stored on the blockchain but can only be accessed by those who have the corresponding private keys.

Additionally, the Medical Management platform allows users to control who has access to their data. For example, a patient can share their medical history with several different doctors, but only those doctors who have their private key can access that information. The patient can revoke access from any doctor at any time, simply by changing the permissions settings on the platform.

In summary, Medical Management uses public and private keys to encrypt and control access to patient data on the blockchain. This ensures that confidential patient information is safe and protected, and only those with explicit permission can access it.

A big project would greatly help in keeping the medical records of patients up-to-date, as well as in controlling medications, treatments, and solutions. It would help to find solutions based on statistical data.

It is correct what you mentioned Rafa, keeping patients’ medical records up-to-date and controlling medications and treatments is essential for quality healthcare for several reasons:

Improves diagnostic accuracy: Having access to a patient’s complete medical records, including information about their medical history, allergies, and previous medications, helps the doctor make a more accurate diagnosis and make appropriate treatment decisions.

Avoids duplication of tests: When patients’ medical records are kept up-to-date and shared among healthcare providers, the need to repeat tests and procedures that have already been performed is avoided. This not only reduces healthcare costs for the patient but also decreases the risk of medical errors.

Ensures patient safety: Having an accurate record of the medications a patient takes, along with information about dosages and frequency of administration, can help prevent medication errors that could jeopardize patient safety.

Allows for more effective treatment monitoring: Maintaining a complete record of the treatments a patient has received, including dosage and duration of treatment, allows healthcare providers to more effectively monitor the patient’s progress and adjust treatment accordingly.
