Leveraging on blockchain technology to eliminate the presence of a central authority and ensure a secure, low cost, and transparent transactions in book-riding and carpooling is so innovating and will help to promote a community driven transportation solutions. By eliminating the central authority, what other mechanisms will you put in place to prevent fraud or disputes between riders and drivers, considering that there is no central authority to mediate?

The solution for dispute between driver and rider is still a challenge for us, we have decided to leave it on the users i.e. the riders and drivers to solve it IRL .

First step is prevention where users can use the review system the get a better driver and second if a fraud happens, they can solve their dispute physically :slightly_smiling_face:.

This gives a serious concern considering how extreme people can get, during disputes. So, how do you plan to follow up on users to ensure that the ride is successful and both individually reaching their destinations. Will there be a feature for both riders and drivers to acknowledge the success of their rides?

Since you already know that the solution will be biased towards either the rider or the driver, have you identified any neutral solution mechanisms that could fairly resolve disputes between both parties?

Right now its in the hand of driver to end trip. But it can be changed to both driver and riders confirmation.

Only way is to centralise transactions and check their locations then confirm.
