Project Goal:
Sunpump.meme platform was created to bring fun and opportunity to existing and new communities from other blockchains. We quickly realized something important: too many people were getting scammed. Watching how many got “rugged” and lost money to bad actors, we knew there had to be a better way. That’s why we developed scan.meme — a tool to help people spot scams early and find real opportunities. Our mission is simple: to protect the Tron Meme Season, make the meme space safer, and help everyone have a better experience in this exciting ecosystem. The best way to describe scan.meme is by using numbers:

Imagine you’re looking through a pile of 90,000 tokens, but you don’t know which ones are valuable or which ones are scams (rug tokens). Here’s your chance of finding good tokens:

SCAN.MEME was built using a combination of technologies designed to ensure scalability, performance, and seamless integration with the Tron ecosystem. Here’s a breakdown of the backend and frontend technologies used:
Backend:
- PostgreSQL: A robust, open-source relational database system that stores all data related to wallet activities, token transactions, and user interactions on the platform.
- Python (Flask/Celery/Tronpy/SQLAlchemy):
- Flask: A lightweight web framework used to create the core server-side application for SCAN.MEME, managing API requests and routing.
- Celery: Integrated with Flask to handle asynchronous tasks such as scanning wallets and processing transactions in the background.
- Tronpy: A Python library specifically for interacting with the Tron blockchain. It allows SCAN.MEME to fetch and analyze transaction data directly from Tron.
- SQLAlchemy: An ORM (Object Relational Mapper) that integrates with PostgreSQL, simplifying the interaction with the database by allowing developers to work with Python objects rather than writing raw SQL queries.
- Redis: An in-memory data store used for caching frequently accessed data and managing the task queue for Celery. This ensures efficient performance by reducing the need to repeatedly fetch the same data from the blockchain or database.
- Docker: Used for containerizing the entire application, ensuring that all the services (PostgreSQL, Flask, Celery, Redis, etc.) can be easily deployed and managed in different environments.
- Google Cloud: The cloud infrastructure that hosts the entire SCAN.MEME platform, providing scalable computing resources, storage, and database services. Google Cloud also ensures high availability and reliability for the platform.
- Nginx: A high-performance web server used to serve the front end, manage load balancing, and act as a reverse proxy for API requests between the front end and backend.
Frontend:
- React: The JavaScript library used to build the SCAN.MEME user interface. React enables a dynamic and responsive interface, allowing users to easily interact with features like the AI Wallet Scanner, BubbleMaps, and token analysis.
- TronWeb: A JavaScript library that allows the front end to interact directly with the Tron blockchain. This is particularly important for real-time data fetching and displaying wallet data in the user interface.
This architecture ensures that SCAN.MEME is both robust and efficient, capable of handling a large number of transactions, analyses, and user interactions simultaneously while providing a smooth user experience.

Project Test Instructions
To begin, connect your TronLink wallet to the platform. Ensure your wallet has $CCC tokens in order to access various features.
There are three access tiers based on how many tokens you hold:
- Core Access requires 1,000,000 $CCC tokens. This unlocks the basic features for detecting rug pulls and gems.
- Advanced Access requires 2,000,000 $CCC tokens. With this level, you get everything from Core Access, plus the AI Wallet Scanner, which analyzes wallet behaviors to spot scammers, insider/team wallets, and traders. You’ll also get the AI Market Maker Detection, a tool that identifies if there’s a market maker team behind a token, which greatly increases its chances of success.
- Master Access requires 3,000,000 $CCC tokens or being a $CCC DAO member. This level includes all Advanced features and gives you access to InsightX BubbleMaps, a powerful visual tool that shows real-time connections between wallets and the flow of tokens.
