Text Recommendation By Ogawa - Stuck for words? We've got your back

Hi, had a qs.

you said your target audience are businesses,

but as you said loading initial page takes up to 50 secs (seems a bit better on my end)

Will and what will you do to make this faster?

hi. after checking your contract, i would recommend you to not store all content onchain to avoid high tx fee. you can instead upload info to IPFS & store only the hash

Hi @GeorgeOK In milestone 3, I developed the smart contract and integrated it with my text recommendation system.

Hi @PoshSofia Yes, you’re correct, my target audience is businesses. The current limitations are specific to this test version, and it’s not yet open to the public. Once I incorporate updates, including community feedback, and make it production-ready, these limitations will be resolved.

Hi @kamm97 Thank you for the recommendation! That’s a great point. Using IPFS to store the content and only saving the hash on-chain sounds like a smart approach to keep transaction fees lower. I’ve also received feedback regarding high fees, so I’ll be researching this further.

hi @constantinpricope201 Thank you for the feedback and thoughtful suggestions! Currently, TRON is primarily integrated foray the service, but I’m exploring additional ways it could enhance the functionality of Text Recommendation beyond payments. Actually, I’m currently working on the browser extension, and the idea of crypto-based top-ups is interesting. I really appreciate your insights, thank you!

Celebrations for going to the judging phase, the careful consideration and response for choosing between chatgpt and gemini-ai is a good sign.

So, let me ask:

  • do you see it going beyond just professional and industrial use to like more casual environments?

  • do you plan on adding more languages in future? if so I would suggest updating milestones.

Hi @NexusZero42 Thank you!
Yes, while my primary target is business use, there are options for casual communication as well. For chat initiation and tone translation, users can select styles like ā€˜Casual,’ ā€˜Business Formal,’ ā€˜Friendly,’ ā€˜Assertive,’ ā€˜Aggressive,’ etc.

As for additional languages, I do plan to expand language options as part of my long-term roadmap. The milestones listed here are focused on this season’s hackathon objectives.

How will user data be managed to comply with privacy regulations, especially since blockchain is transparent? What steps will you take to protect sensitive information?

Kindly put a tag when it is ready, I’ll give u a follow

It’s better to built an extension for this , that would be more helpful. My suggestion

Not too sure about the utility of using the chain for this. I can see the interest of using decentralized cloud computing and storage so we don’t have to rely on centralized actors to store and process our data’s, but why blockchain integration?
Could probably have joined the Hackatron in integration track by using BTFS.
Or maybe I’m wrong. Hope you can give me some clarity :v:

Hi @Lucas1 I believe there was a similar question about this, you can find my clarification in this reply:

Thank you!

Hi @maaz Thank you for your suggestions! The extension and mobile apps are in my plans, and the extension is already in the development phase.

Hi @fabsltsa Thanks for your insights and questions! This hackathon has actually been my first deep dive into blockchain, so with the time limitations, that was my main focus. For future updates, I’ll definitely consider your suggestions, especially as others in the community have recommended similar ideas.
The feedback from the community has been invaluable for my learning and research, and I’m eager to incorporate these great insights into the next phase of Text Recommendation. Thank you!
