Does anybody know what is the average tronscan support response time? Asking cause I have sent the proxy address update request around 3 weeks ago and haven’t received any response so far.

Im having this exact same issue with my TRC20 token that we made! Its been going on 2 weeks with no answers! Can someone please help me get to the bottom of this? Seems as if I cant find any help ANYWHERE! Ive written everyone I can about this and still nothing has been done! Im considering speaking to an attorney because its defamation but Id rather get it fixed than go thru legal services

Have you submitted an audit report on your contract? Your contract seems to have been reported by many users as phishing. This only occurs if users are reporting you.
For the token
Have you clicked on update token information. Have you provided all the necessary required data for it?
This includes:
Description
project name
white paper
audit report
contact information
Project website
No I didnt get an audit. It said people reported it as soon as it was deployed. Then someone made the same exact thing I made… They have been doing this and stealing peoples ideas before they can do anything with their tokens and it needs to be stopped bc its hurting potentially good projects like mine. I cant seem to get ahold of anybody within Tronscan to fix this either
And it also has me blocked from updating our info
Can you show me some screens of your block? Did you fill out the update token portion and send it? Which email did you use?
