Really? You post a rule in the middle of a hackathon and tell us to check it out? Were not vote buying we are rewarding our community members who take the time to come support Primo. Only trust lvl 1 ppl can vote anyway this is why we offered incentive to vote for primo. Look at season 1 and 2 all the same projects are winning due to already having their community using this platform. JustMoney - Season 1 and most likly 2 winner. TURU - Season 1 with African Stars most likly season 2 TRON ninjas- Season 1 and Most likly to win money in 2 additional tracks for season 2. Nole - Season 1 winner , Debas wolf pack most likly for season 2. Not sure what you mean by against oneās opinion. Itās a fact people are bias on here including people from our own camp. We have a great project were not going anywhere no matter what happens. Good luck and congrats to the winners.
Primoās focus isnt to build a community on a forum. We have DAO members who cant even vote due to the Trust LVL of this platform. Primo was dropped 1-1 to EMS holders. We have had 0 ICO funds to use for operating capital. All of our operating capital has came from our Hemp side of the business not crypto. EMS had 0 funds left from their ICO when we merged. We dropped Primo for free to save the EMS community.
Come on, the rule against vote buying has been explicitly stated during the vote phase, but in reality it should be treated as an unwritten rule that is always enforced, in any kind of vote.
Also your proposal to make the āchampions trackā sounds to me like a way to put the best projects into a corner so that other can have a chance to win. Itās not a matter of having won a previous hackathon edition, itās a matter of building new products, to innovate and make something new. Whatās the difference if this is done by a team that has already won or by a new team?
Having a community is not something trivial in crypto, it takes time. So it should be considered a value. Letās consider that in S2 the community prizes are much smaller than in S1, the big prizes are assigned by the experts judges in DevPost. So the voting weight has already been reduced with respect to S1 (it was 40%).
Unwritten rule? I guess this should be told to the US political system and lobbyist lol.
@TronLive Firstly, we need to commend the TronDao team for this great platform and been able to bring this great ecosystem under one umbrella, the forum has been awesome throughout the period, quite a lot of amazing projects out there and topics to discuss for sure and really happy to see new members joining and new projects coming to TRX which shows how great and attractive we are becoming .
However, one thing that will really be good is if we can keep up with this, and not that the forum only becomes active only during the hackathon, if we could always have something to keep up with in the forum will really be great not only the hackathon. It has really been lovely how the forum has been throughout this period and it will be great if this continue like this.
For improvements, if possible to make sure that we always keep up with winners and even new projects on TRX from the hackathon even after the hackathon to always know how they are and likely support they will need to keep going and building in this great ecosystem and to avoid those that will win and leave the ecosystem like that, it will really be great because the amount of projects seen here has been really amazing so far.
Furthermore, the rules should always be as clear as possible to avoid teams having to complain and communities reporting some submission of not meeting the requirements this will be good as well.
This is a no and shouldnāt be allowed a project that has built her community wonāt have to pay her community members before they vote and most of the projects seen topping currently are projects that has been in the ecosystem for some time now and has a community behind them supporting them. Giving incentives to buy votes should be looked into and not really good because it will lower the quality of the votes in the forum.
It could be stated in the rules too that giveaways, airdrops and all that are not allowed by projects during the hackathon as a means to entice voters by any means.
But informing the community about the ongoing hackathon should be allowed and the need for support from the team in the public voting which is not vote buying by any means.

Q2. I have read through most of the projects and i think they are all bringing something great to the tron blockchain, i love them all but the ones i am watching out for are;

The list up here is only to mention few.
Q3. Fully Ethereum cloned projects with different team on the tron blockchain is really bad for tron. I experienced the worst when i bought tronmeebit which was a cloned of Meebit on Ethereum. It was a disaster. I wouldnāt want to see anything of that sort again. Be yourself, be original, be authentic, think and bring something out of the box, something no one is doing. That is what Tron should stand for. Fully cloned projects are not just competitive with the original version.
Q4. Partially cloned projects can be accepted but something wonderful has to be added to it to make it more wonderful that the original version.
I always like it, when u take something, modify it, add something the original is not doing that you think will make it great to it, and let it roll. I think i can live with that.
Q5. I wasnt really around in the season 1, but the season 2 format to me is really great in my opinion.
Q6. I think 1 vote per track is good. It makes the voters read through very well and weigh individual projects in each track, analyze it very well and select the one that you think can make tron great. Some just donāt analyze the other four projects, they just select because they have been given the options to select extra four. Which is bad.
Q7. The improvement i want to see in the S3 is about how to reach Basic level one. I think the criteria to reach level one be made a bit tough. As some people are paid to register and since they get basic level one quickly, they are able to vote without really checking to see if the project they are voting for really deserves to be voted for.
Q8. Vote buying is bad in its all entirety, let the best project win and not the project that can buy votes. This hinders quality projects with less initial capital to come up with something substantial.
Some voters just create account in less that 2hours and are able to reach basic level one which qualifies them to vote. The question is why is that person so eager to vote? Has he been paid to do so? Or he really thinks that the project is worth his time.
Some votes are quite suspicious.

Tron is a beast of its own blockchain. Looking forward to more growth and development within the Tron ecosystem. There are also some cool projects that are built here and I have high confidence they will be able to weather through the bear market to achieve success 
Do you think that participants with multiple projects in a particular (thesame) category be allowed to win multiple times in that particular category? I am of the opinion that a participant should only win one project position per category

Wow these was a really tough hackathon and I can see that old projects are all the once winning again, and new projects are just struggling here, but itās fine, we are new today and tomorrow we will become old too and we will keep building and establishing our communityā¦

- After removing bots/multiple accounts votes the community vote result might change
- The judges might not agree with the community vote and the result of their vote might be totally different
- One hackathon ends and an other one starts. Itās the cycle of the hackathons
