No, we are focusing on the products we have built during the 2 first seasons. Havenā€™t planned to release new products in a near future.

We are not participating as judges neither since nobody asked :cry:

For HackaTRON S3 participants, if you do not see your project post on the community poll, it could be because your project was:

  • Flagged too often by the community members here
  • Did not pass Devpost eligibility/requirement rules that are evaluated by Devpost staff
  • Did not update enough during S3 period to be considered as an eligible project
  • Have not launched your project live yet for people that have joined S2/S1
  • Did not meet the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) requirement for the judges or community to test your project

Donā€™t give up, you can always join us again in S4!

As requested by you, we contacted the Devpost team and theyā€™re mentioning that they are not aware of the reason, could you please recheck.

It has taken a lot of effort to push the product out and we really hope you could look into it. We really donā€™t know why weā€™re not selected.

  1. We are a new project and weā€™re launching it on S3 for the first time and hence no participation in S2,S1
  2. We have submitted everything on time and the same can also be verified in web archive and our commit history.
  3. The project is accessible from day 1 through trondance.netlify.app

Please let us know the reason as this has taken significant time for many of us to produce and getting no response is very hurtful after following the guidelines completely.

Hmmm difficult. You have to remember that there are only 5 days to vote. When compared to S2 and a project that has already participated. It would be much easier for the projects with S2 to win the vote. Until the own community is unlocked, one has maybe with a little luck 3 days time or even only 1 day time to vote. Theoretically, you would have to allow the community voting ONLY for new projects and allow the entire voting with jury for all. This would give Tron new community members. Only projects that have not received a prize would be allowed to participate in the overall voting.

Letā€™s remember that Devpost prizes are awarded by judges. Community vote is completely different. On S2 very few projects were awarded both in Devpost and here. Communities are a value for Tron blockchain growth, so it makes sense to consider it as a positive aspect of a project.
