Hi TRON Builders!,

Thanks so much for taking the time to fill out the “TRON Infra & Dev Tools Survey” and sharing your feedback with us!

We’ve gone through everything you told us and wanted to share some updates here:

  • Cost reduction strategies for contract deployments: We’ve put out a Minimal Proxy Contract (tron-clones) demo that really cuts down on deployment costs when you’re cloning contracts. (Big thanks to @therocks32 for flagging this!) Some great use cases for this include:

    • Custodial smart wallets deployments (USDT sweeping)

    • SmartWallet factories

    • TRON Vault / Staking 2.0 factories

  • Foundry support: We’ve released an open source tron-foundry proxy demo that gives you support for deployment, testing, and coverage. (Huge thanks to @bhadresh0, @Thomas_TMMS, and @alexhroan for this.)

  • Hardhat-TRON demonstration: We’ve dropped an open source code demo to help get more visibility on the hardhat TRON plugin (built by layezero, thanks to all which flagged this!).

  • TRON event subscriptions: We’ve released an open source code demo with ready-to-use code so developers can easily set up event subscriptions. (Big thanks to Farhad for flagging it)

  • TRON fullnode configuration file: Submitted a pull request to improve the docs around TRON node configuration. It’s currently under review by java-tron maintainers. (Thanks @Francesco95Z for submitting this one!)

  • Tronbox JSON input file output: We’ve got a pull request in the works that’s under review right now to standardize things and support future automated verification on TRON explorers. (Thanks @alexhroan for pointing out this need!)

  • Alchemy RPC support: Alchemy rolled out TRON support back in December 2025. We’re glad you brought up this integration!

  • Reown Integration (formerly WalletConnect): We get how important it is to build scalable, cross-chain dApps. Building on TRON just got easier with official support from Reown.
