First of all, welcome to Tron Hackathon season 7. Am happy you finally got your project onboard and the submission is good. So I got few questions related to the project.
How can we ensure that integrating Merkle tree algorithms is straightforward for developers with varying levels of expertise?
What is the long-term vision for Tron SEA, and how does it fit into the broader ecosystem of Tron-based projects?
Thanks for the questions:
1- the integration effort should be quite low and in any case our team can support every dev with the integration
2- Tron SEA fills a gap in Tron ecosystem enabling the use of Merkle tree in any project. Tron needs more community building efforts, Tron SEA is one of them.
Welcome to Grand hackathon S7
Do project owners need to pay any fees before integrating Merkel tree or the said tools before they can be granted access or is it absolutely free?
Thanks for the support. The website is not the frontend of the app, is just a placeholder for the project links. Tron SEA is only smart contract logic and php backend, the frontend is not part of the project.
In the example contract there is no time limit, but each project can have different rules, it’s up to the devs decide the condition to redeem the tokens.
Great. Thank you for your response to my questions. Am satisfied with it. Since this is a long term project, and need the community to help build it, what are the measures taken to build a great community that will have the interest of the project at heart?
Tron SEA is an incredible initiative! The use of Merkle trees to simplify large airdrop campaigns is a smart solution, especially considering the rising costs of TRX. This will surely benefit small projects with limited budgets.
Thanks, that’s exactly the aim of the project. Of course we are all happy if TRX increases in value, but we also need to have a healthy ecosystem that does not scare away builders and users because of the costs associated to transactions. Tron SEA helps in this regard.
Definitely yes. As second milestone for the hackathon, the plan is to deploy a sample application, working on mainnet, to clearly document what the devs need to do to quickly and safely implement Merkle trees inside their projects.
