Right now in the current version we have defined the time that is 30 sec per question. In later versions we will let creator define the time. Also the quiz will start on the action of creator after all participants are joined.
And we are not letting it to be competitive thing as it is made for engaging audience and test their knowledge in a fun way. And the rewards will not be that much that a user needs to cheat

  1. it is like everyone can win in a given quiz, you get reward for every right answer.
    For example a quiz has 10 questions and 10 participants and reward per right answer is 0.1 TRX, so the budget of quiz that the quiz creator has to give 10 TRX + 1 TRX (platform fees).
    so if you give 10 right answers you will receive (0.1 x 10 = 1 TRX), so every participant can get maximum of 1 TRX in a given quiz.

  2. Any number of quiz if he can join a quiz.

  3. You can participate in any quiz that is possible for you to attend and earn the reward

Thanks for asking this out,

  1. So to prevent cheating we will be implementing factors one quiz for one device and one wallet address and answers will reveled only after the quiz has been ended.

  2. It is upto quiz creator to decide the topic it can be anything.

  3. To ensure that our quiz platform will mostly be used IRL like workshops, conferences and classes.

The differentiating factors we trying to implement,

  1. Adding rewards which are tokens in this case TRX.
  2. Soulbound NFTs to show your proof of participation that can be used for various purposes.
  3. We are not asking for subscription instead we are taking platform fees.
  4. Targeting IRL events like workshops, conferences and hackathons
  5. A telegram mini app
  6. Social login to make it easy for for non web3 users to participate.
  7. AI to create quizes including text based and image based

Yeah, never thought of it, the mechanism for creators to flag low-quality or inaccurate AI-generated questions will be a great improvement.

Thanks foe mentioning the issue,

It should work if you try these steps:

  1. Unlock tronlink
  2. Then click on connect wallet button, the tronlink will open and prompt you connect to Dapp,
  3. Switch to Nile testnet and you are good to go,
  4. Better you use ‘Brave browser’ if possible, the platform is having issues on other browsers.

I have just tested the platform on Chrome with a new profile and tronlink installations it just works fine, can you share any screentcast so that we know what is the issue,

Revealing the answers after the quiz ended, in my opinion, will increase chances of cheating. It will be best to reveal answers after each questions, this way, users will find it difficult to memorize the answers.

How will the questions be selected, will it be randomized?

Within what time will users have to answer each question?

The quiz will end for everyone at the same time, so after the quiz has ended no more participants can join the quiz, then only answers will be revealed.

Right now the questions will be the same not randomized but a good suggestion to randomized the questions.

It is 30 seconds by default and in later version we will let creator define the time

If the total budget for a quiz is 11 TRX, and the platform fee is 1 TRX, how much TRX is allocated for rewarding participants?

In the mentioned text the reward budget is 10TRX which will be allocated for rewarding participants. and 1 TRX which 10% of 10TRX will be platform fees
