  • Use all core Discourse functions; all new user restrictions are removed
  • Send PMs
  • Upload images and attachments if enabled
  • Edit wiki posts
  • Flag posts
  • Mute other users

When you get to Trust Level 1 and receive the “Basic Badge”, new user restrictions will be lifted; and you’ll be granted all essential community abilities, like personal messaging, flagging, wiki editing, and the ability to post multiple images and links.
