As some people complain it’s not easier for newbies to vote in the contest. I would suggest that a level bar is added to the profile where each person’s see their growth in the level, so they know how to increase their activity on their account.
Adding the bar might reduce less complains and Make people put in more effort cause the see how it increases and they they would know when they’ve leveled up.
