Hi, I believe someone has already asked me the same question on this project. But Iāll try to explain it again.
X-Sport utilizes blockchain technology to prevent fraud and ensure customer protection in online gambling and esports betting by creating a decentralized and transparent platform that records and verifies every transaction and outcome on the network. For Preventing fraud and data breaches We use smart contracts for every bet and user data that enters our platform, so there will be no outside interference in handling the distribution, as well as the distribution of prizes to winners. That way we can prevent any dat abreach happen because we donāt store user data
Thank you for sharing. I am reviewing this project looking at the video, the intro and the briefly at the website itself.
The project is introducing a betting platform that can process payments, adjudication and outcome reporting. And it specifically works against the policies of collecting bettor information or other platform checks that are typically identified as needed for āsafetyā or āanti money launderingā.
When I opened the website, it immediately redirected to MetaMask. No portion of the website was visible or usable for more than one second during the redirect. This made discovery not possible and it misses an important onboarding opportunity. The project did not make any mention of which jurisdictions it intends to operate in. So I must assume it is intended to operate everywhere. Therefore operating and marketing this website in a production environment (rather than as a game/testnet) would probably be violating several regulation/laws and not be a viable product.
Hopefully this project can be pivoted into a game format. Or it could choose a jurisdiction and follow regulations/laws there to create a compliant product. Design looks nice and I can see some work has gone into this. Keep up the efforts and glad to see the passion in espaorts!
