Yh saw this after posting here. And i have also asked a question that, if the admin are going through all this length and breadth to notify projects to post in the forum on time, then i think there has to be a penalty for late submission of post in the forum…
Are there any such penalties??

oh OK. I don’t think there is a penalty now because they are giving grace period of 3days. They should have ended it today with no grace period. That could have serve as the best penalty

You are good to go if its on main-net.
You can continue to develop, but people are going to be testing your project so it’s at your own risk if something becomes broken and you get disqualified during that time.
After judging, projects that are selected to win will have to push their projects to the main net.
