We already have a pretty amazing set of dashboards and analytics reports on the ChainPort app. Feel free to check it out.
To clarify on custom architecture, since no one requested to pre-pay gas fees yet, the dev team will need to build a flow if its requested.

There’s no need for a download! It’s more of a dApp.

One thing I forgot to mention is that ChainPort is probably the only bridge with real human support agents to assist users in case of any issue. You can see the chat button in the bottom right corner.

The chat’s official hours are 06:00 UTC To 15:00 UTC, but most of the time there is an agent available until 21:00 UTC.
