I have an idea about the amount, I just donât want to ask too much.
I have been going on for the last 5 years with just 5000$ I won last year @ season 6, thanks to the TRON team moral support !! (including all my savings prior to that - which wasnât much ) ^^ And I am ready to go rock solid for another 5 years or more.

To get everyone to agree about the quality of a book is hard, and this is why I think that ultimately - the pool of books that all agree on will end up quite small, but the number of votes large.

The framework I am using makes it easy to add a dark mode switcher.
I will get a better loading page when I get a chance.
I have so many better book than those currently published.
I would personally rate the overall quality of the books 2/5 in average. Some are really good, the majority are average.
Those are still the early days of the library.

I can envision a future where it will be possible to get AI to write a book compilation of the best content on Pottery, and publish this as original copyright free - with all the schema and practical example needed.
I also believe that nowadays, video are better than books for learning. I do have another project in mind ( god please give more hands so I can code faster⌠) - which transform videos into a combination of audio and images - so they can be printed later on.
This I hope, will be added to the library after it becomes stable, and self sustainable.

Speaking about having reputable books, are there books similar to Great Expectations by Charles Dickens in there tho?

Videos are slightly better than books in most cases but e-books does it for me cause itâs always hands-on even when Iâm busy.

The D-Safe labels excludes those topics:
- fiction ( sorry Mr Charles Dickens - your books are good - nothing personal )
- spirituality ( Although in a near future , each cult will be able to have a personalized version of D Library . and share the same common trunk of knowledge - D Library will help them collaborate with each other to increase the quality of the commons) last year, I have connected with some great Buddhist monks in Thailand who are interested by it. Also a reputable Christian church showed me some interest a couple of years ago. I am planning to become a monk for a year or so to get that done properly.

- medical/medicinal ( I cannot be responsible for possible poisonous uploads⌠ever. )
- sexuality ( nothing against woke people - it is just too divisive and unsafe for kids in most countries )
- content that can harm humans, children, and biodiversity

Fiction wise, we can imagine a futuristic techno world in 100 years, where most kids get a chip implanted in their brain. Fortunately for some, they get the address of D Library - so they download it on their internal chip, download the whole content from the blockchain - activate the offline mode, and finally fry the network extension - disconnecting them from the central system.
From that moment, they become free human beings again - they now have all the knowledge to survive comfortably in the nature - developing autonomous communities - D Library will provide them all the ancient knowledge on how to grow native plants, restore damaged forests and rivers - far from the cities - and build comfortable home with plant based materials only.
The rest of the world however will still be connected to a super central computer - and might live in a simulation without knowing forest are actually a real thing..

I am a bit concerned about your funding request. Mainly because even very solid projects building on TRON/BTTC with good revenue model have not requested this much yet.
I look forward to this spreadsheet.
Your revenue model is mostly depends on these transaction donations and more donations from governments and educational institutions. Maybe you should provide some revenue projections for your project. Because what you are asking for is basically 10% of the whole $10 million fund for the TBL. By what time this project will be even to breakeven with those revenue streams?
I admire what you are building here with D library. And your vision is quite ambitious. Good luck !
