Of course this will get a penalty. How more evidence do we need? You send a personal message or they want to buy votes from YOU for 5 DOLLAR each vote. Go home! TRON has to check all votes and hope that it will clean it. @admin.hackathon

This is a problem, 0 posts 0 likes back and still basic level. Joined 8 hours ago. Then creating a business and they get 5 dollar a vote. The system of basic user is not working. Because the rules are saying different to be this. This is an example of an account that you see a lot in the voting process.
